The accommodation is mostly 1st years however we do have a mixture of 2nd and 3rd years. We have a variety of students from all backgrounds :)

Is there any point in securing an accomdoation for September 2020 as there is a global pandemic going on. It is very likely that the 1st semester would be taught online, therefore students wouldn't need to come to Liverpool to study as they can work from home. Should I wait until further information has been passed out or should i book the accommodation.

the only good thing here is the location with 5 min walk to Lidl and various other supermarkets but I am going to be honest here, even though they will fix anything that is broken, I am not very happy with the management people. I have felt uncomfortable a couple of times already, they are nice to you in the beginning but when time flies, their true face will appear, they can change what they promise you if you don't provide black and white evidence. I am not going to say too much just in case this is not anonymous but I really don't like the management people here.

1. Unreasonable charges. i.e. Charge you the huge amount of cleaning fee after they throw away all your stuffs and valueable things. 2. No lift. 3. Rude emails from staff 4. leaky floorboards 5. My move in to this place was a very last minute plan. But the management really helped me to move in early within a short notice. They were all very accommodating. From my personal experience management plays a huge role in making our decision firm on whether we should recommend this to someone else. That is the main reason which I really love about this place. Excellent staff, always there to help you and hear you out. No matter the time and how busy they are they will be there to help us. Really appreciate the way the team does their job effortlessly.

Great accommodation. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Jane and Stan to name a couple they’re both lovely and friendly, and deal with any concerns, answering queries whenever needed. Location is perfect having uni and Lime Street Station just down the road. Bonus: the wifi is great for streaming and gaming! Have booked again for next year :)

The location itself is almost worth the money - 10 min walk from uni and from town. Staff are always friendly, rooms are a good size, and issues get fixed pretty quick. Rebooking!!

The accommodation is quite small but because of that the community know each other very well here which is nice. They have events regularly for us to bond. Complaints about things take awhile to be sorted, for example this is possibly my third or fourth time mentioning the Wi-Fi as it drops in and out frequently through the day (a complaint from many people I know here) - and it took about 3-4 months to get a new sofa after being told we were at the top of the list for a new one. Also, management have blamed my friend for the loss of my two £150 vouchers which is at no fault of the staff here but it would be nice to be updated more on what’s going on there. Other than those main problems the accommodation is lovely and I would recommend to a friend.

Do not stay here if you are a first year looking to socialise with other first years as most people are older students. No TV in the kitchen. NO LIFT and up to 4 flights of stairs. Huge delay when fixing maintenance issues. No cleaners and a hoover is the only cleaning equipment provided. constant bad smell due to old drains. Close to centre and 15 min walk to university.

It’s a good place to live in. Management is good and attentive.
My love for Apollo Court is shown by me rebooking it for the next academic year. It’s located a quick walking distance from the main university’s in town, Lime Street Station, the city centre, and many supermarkets. In spite of this, the accommodation is still a quiet haven. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and there are many social events happening at the accommodation. The rooms are a great value for money, and are really spacious and comfy. I would recommend Apollo Court for every student in the city!

All of the staff are lovely. The flats are great too. Any initial issues that we had were fixed very quickly! The rooms are great with plenty of storage place and en-suite. Lots of events and social opportunities given. Sound also doesn’t travel that well which surprised me at first but guarantees a nice night in if that’s what you wish! Overall the accommodation is great, the location is great (7min to UOL, 5 min to LJMU, 10 min into town by foot). Very fast wifi and the staff are really really helpful and beyond lovely. Amazing value for money!

Had really good flatmates the receptionist where really nice one of the receptionist called Harrison was really key for me and really helped me in the moment i need it because it was the last day of the contract and i needed help getting out and through his ideas I was able to do so. The only good thing about this place is the location and a fairly reasonable room space. At the similar price one can move to Plato house which is a studio. Apollo court doesn't have a common social room (a joke of a space is provided for this) , outdoor space most of the time becomes a rave party which disturbs everyone around, this place is in the breach of collapsing when it comes to basic needs like heaters ( which don't even work ) , sometimes it's plumbing issues sometimes it's the ovenor the refrigerator/ freezer and also there are no elevator to this building so be prepared to climb up and down 5-6 times a day.The list goes on but there are some good people like Jane and Stan who try to help you. It's going to be a cold winter and for those who are planning to moving in I would recommend you to think twice before you get a long contract. There are better places like iq great Newton , Plato house for the similar price.
My life here in Liverpool has been fantastic so far, and I firmly believe that the stay at Apollo Court has been one of the major reasons why I feel that. The staffs and the location of the property are in my opinion the highest plus point. Safety has never been a concern. If I nitpick, the only complaint I have would be the lack of TVs in the common room. The communal area in the reception does have a TV, but that's for all the residents of the entire building.

I really appreciate the time I spent at Apollo Court. It's true that students can be quite noisy at times, but the staff there is always available to resolve all kinds of problems. Jane has come to my rescue more than once this year 🫣. They are always attentive and ready to find solutions for everyone. The location is really close to the city center and generally safe at any time, making it an excellent choice for students who enjoy partying a lot like me 🫣

The staff always keep us up to date on events they are holding and the other residents are lovely. The Wi-Fi however could use some work as it goes in and out, which is something me and some other residents have complained about. This could be updated with a better router or a booster.

Im have the pleasure of staying at Apollo Court Student Roost recently and was really impressed with the level of quality and comfort they provided. The rooms are spotless, spacious and well-equipped. The staff here, Stan, Simon, Jane are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness which was very reassuring. The location is also great as it’s close to shops, parks and all the amenities you need when staying in the area. I would highly recommend Apollo Court Student Roost to anyone looking for student accommodation in Liverpool.

This accommodation pays very much attention to the safety and security of it's residents. The wifi is really fast and the infrastructure is excellent. The staff is also very friendly to talk to.

Day 3 in Apollo court and it has been absolutely superb! Jane has proven to be the best person ever! She’d legit look out for you and as a black international student I’ve never felt more at comfort than I do in Apollo court The space is superb! Worth the price It’s close to a bus station and 5 minutes from the train station It is surrounded by a ton of grocery shops even LIDL is about 5 minutes from me I’m in love!

The location is perfect, being in the center of literally everything such as (Lidl, Chinese stores, the city, train station, and my uni of course) and that is the main reason I wish to rebook for the next academic year. The room is really not bad for a single-person room, the table and bed are damn big, and the bathroom for some reason, I like it, it feels really good to stay here. They provide us with a toaster, rice cooker, kettle, and vacuum cleaner here. I like the staff here as I remember having the toaster broken and they actually replaced me with a new one immediately. The only thing I am not entirely satisfied with is how they don't pursue the issue with the problems I complained about (they just came once and forgot to come later on). it is a bit noisy during the night if your room is facing the front entrance but should be ok if you requested your room facing the back of the building. well, I don't regret booking here I guess, to conclude everything.

Lovely staff(day and night), always smiling and helpful. Communal areas are lovely and always clean, rooms are great value, location is great with Lidl, Tesco, lime street and university campus’ nearby.

My stay in Apollo Court has been absolutely horrible mainly because of my flatmates. They make unreasonable amount of noises every weekends and even weekdays, inviting unknown people into the flat etc. The kitchen is an absolute mess and I spent most of my allowance on eating out every single day instead of cooking, due to the disgusting conditions of my kitchen. I have reported countless of times of the noise they make. The staff has been really helpful on stopping them in making noises. Unfortunately, they will never stop even after getting warned by the staff. The kitchen area where they usually make the noises is very poor in terms of sound proof. My room is the furthest room from the kitchen and is still able to hear the noises.

apollo court is a lovely place to live if you’re in a budget. the location is great and the staff is super friendly. the beds are SO COMFY! some maintenance issues, although if you speak to the staff they’re very understanding and quick to solve any issues :)

My flat had a bit of problems with taps and a small leak/ flood but was dealt with within a day. Dean who is the site manager is the friendliest guy I’ve ever met and will actually go out his way to talk and banter with you.
Stan is a lovely night worker thats always there to help and is always polite if the social gatherings ever get to loud. Hes very communicative and always trying to help to the best he can which helps loads with any problem you have.

Great location for both Uni of Liverpool and John Moores ! Wont find a better ensuite for the price (with a double bed). All staff are friendly and you can have a good chat and laugh with them, especially Kelly ! I had problems with my rent (because of student loan) staff were great and not pushy :)

A very nice place to live as a student. It is quiet and clean. The WiFi signal is strong in every part of the accomodation. People are always ready to help you. Every place of necessity is reachable at decent time while walking. The room is small yet cozy with plenty of natural lighting available.

Apollo court was my second house and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, namely Stan and Dean were very helpful and friendly. It was a brilliant place for my studying and I enjoyed my entire time here. Through the pandemic the staff were very helpful and transparent. This is the best accomodation available in Liverpool and I love living here as an International student. I recommend this place to all International students. Staffs here are so friendly and they are ready to help you at any time. This is my second home, to be honest. Stan and Paul, the night owls are lovely and they are always on hand to help. Stan entertains you with his Egyptian magic tricks and jokes when you are stressed. I borrowed his bicycle for me to use and that was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to all students studying atUOL and LJMU.

I have loved staying in Apollo court the staff are amazing! Great covid precautions very safe and clean. Everyone is so helpful and caring I have had a great time staying here. The location of Apollo Court is very strategic ( t's right behind Liverpool Lime Street and in front of the North Campus of the University of Liverpool). Most of the staff are really friendly (especially Farheen and Phoebe) and I like how spacious the ensuite rooms are. Overall, I would give it a 3/5. However, the facilities are super outdated. You can definitely find somewhere with modern and up-to-date facilities with the same price or even cheaper here in Liverpool. Nevertheless, I can attest that the staff have done all they could to help solve the issue. Unless the management decides to renovate the whole entire building and its facilities, then I would say it's a good place to consider staying at. P/S: Don't trust some of the reviews because some of the staff here will ask their tenants to rate them 5 stars, by brainwashing them or licking their asses. I decided to not fall for their trap and be honest instead.

Our location is placed ideally for students who study at UOL or LJMU, and have an array of amenities within walking distance. We will certainly take your comments on board, we have an excellent team on site who will always work their best to ensure our residents are happy and comfortable.
Good service. Very comfortable. Its also very safe as there are safe covid measure in place I.e. the rooms which is single room and allows better self-quarantine. Also, the staffs are awesome, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to my friends to stay.

Staff are friendly, accommodation’s overall alright, but some of the facilities ought to be improved as a lot of it is rather outdated or breaks down easily. Takes some time to get it fixed too. Other than that it’s alright. If the facilities are upgraded every few years, this Accommodation would be perfect.

I visit Apollo court frequently as we have some friends that live at this accommodation. Last night I ran into one of the night owls called Stan. I have met Stan previously through a former manager of mine and really appreciated the amount of effort he went to attempting to find us a studio flat to move in to apollo Court or another student roost accommodation as our current accommodation is abysmal. He helped us find some studio flats in many of the other buildings and passed our details onto Student Roost who have since contacted us about moving to Apollo Court

Been there a lot lately visiting friends, it’s a very nice building and very well kept. The rooms are really nicely sized for students too. I spoke to the night time receptionist, Stan, and I have never felt more welcome! He was really nice and outgoing and gave me plenty of advice about finding the right accommodation! I wish I would’ve spoke to him before booking where I currently live!

WiFi disconnects or is poor, no cleaning as stated when viewing and there’s a lot nicer accommodation for the price.

I moved into Apollo Court last year and rebooked again for this year as it’s such an amazing place to live. The locations great, rooms are a good size and the staff are always on hand whenever I need anything. Couldn’t ask for more!

Nice an welcoming accommodation always kept very clean an tidy. Very good location for shops. Friendly staff especially Stan the security man with the grey hair lovely fella.
We are in a great location, UOL LJMU, Tesco, Lidl, Home Bargains and Lime Street all within walking distance. Stan is one of our nightowls :)

Had a lovely year at apollo court. Rooms are spacious, clean and high standard. Michelle organises flats amazingly and was able to have fab friendships with my flat mates. Loved the coffee station, and spent many days in the communal lounge where it is cosy and can have chats with security. Would like to thank Michelle and security especially for making my experience the best always there for a catch up and to listen to anything!

I love living in Apollo Court and I would like to recommend this to my friends. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and there are always interesting parties here. The man at reception with white hair makes my living experience better and makes me feel safe. It makes me less homesick and be happy to live here.

Amazing place to stay! huge thanks to Both Michelle and Jess for being so welcoming and lovely! The cleaners Claire and Brenda do an amazing job keeping the flats and the whole building clean! I’ve always felt safe with Stan, the security guard, he’s wonderful, warm and so down to earth, they have all made my stay worth while!

Apollo court on greek is the best accomodation! Ive been here 2 years and have booked for my third! The manager and receptionists are amazing! There so fun, kind and caring and most defintley have our interests at heart! With events held weekly, healthy breakfasts supplied and support throughout the whole year.
