Arrad House is located in the centre of Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter, only a two-minute walk from the University of Liverpool. Arrad House is home to 74 students and it’s only available to those studying at the University of Liverpool.
The accommodation is part of the Student Village which is home to more than 1,000 other students so you’ll be part of a vibrant community. The part of Liverpool that it’s located in is great for students. It’s full of great food and drink, nightlife, and culture. It’s close to the city’s two universities and two major train stations.
Choose a non-en-suite room to share your bathroom and kitchen with flatmates. Or, if you’d like your own space, choose a studio to get a private kitchen and bathroom.

Arrad house is a nice place to stay however housemates should be better assigned

I lost my room key at midnight and Mr. Bo Colombo was very helpful he helped me get into my room first as it was very cold and also helped me get my get back , great person

I've had a decent experience with arrad House, everything is good, Unite students organize small social meets which is delightful! I'd like to specially credit Yusuf from the management and Philip who is the student ambassador, they're doing amazing work.

Staff are lovely and welcoming, it’s been great to chat to Yusuf in reception for the 3 academic years I’ve been here. Great facilities, very clean, great location, and a maintenance team that are always happy to help.
