After being told there were no more spaces on campus as a final year student, Bankside was an alternative option for me but I've loved living here! Everyone I've met if nice and the social spaces are great. All the facilities combined is definitely worth the price.

The staff here are super friendly and there is someone always on site to help. The kitchens are super spacious and great value for money. There are plenty of events on regularly which helps meeting others in your accommodation
Bankside Student Living provides comfortable, convenient accommodation for students. The rooms are modern, clean, and designed with simplicity in mind. It’s an affordable option close to campus, with everything you need for a productive and enjoyable student life. A great place to focus on studies while feeling at home!
Been here a year already and the management is very good. Beds are not the most comfortable but perfectly adequate

Location is a quick walk to university, the room is clean and in good condition.
This residence is great for its price. Has good location and the rooms are well furnished and quite spacious. However, the social aspect of it is not great as there are very few events. The trains nearby are quite loud as well. Despite all this, I think its good value for money

I lived at Bankside Student Living for two years, and it was an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious, giving you plenty of space to study and relax. One of the best things about Bankside is how quiet it is—perfect for focusing on your studies or unwinding after a busy day. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during my student years!

I have stayed at Bankside for two years now and throughout my stay the staff have always been lovely and helpful and make staying here as easy and enjoyable as possible. The facilities are great and it’s a ten minute walk to town and a five minute walk to other shops like Lidl, Costa and Burger King.

The staff at reception are all so lovely! Anytime I've had a question or problem they're always so helpful and quick to resolve it. The social spaces are nice and a great way to make new friends, and I love that there's a gym as well. Very close to the town centre that has everything you might need. I have really enjoyed my stay at Bankside and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent for university of Surrey, I went to UCA Farnham and was still very convenient, internet speeds brilliant and front desk super helpful, as well as the rooms being really comfortable with loads of storage space. Cluster kitchens were a very high standard, and I also enjoyed using the on site gym.
Nice location (about 15 minutes walk to the closest train station. There’s a Lidl in proximity.)

living at bankside has been really fun so far ! not much to complain about, all the staff are really nice, the other students are super friendly and i’ve not met anyone i haven’t gotten along with yet

Overall, my experience has been pretty decent so far. The front desk people have been very kind and helpful. They hold your packages, and answer all the questions that I have.

The staff at reception are extremely friendly and if any issues occur resolve them very quickly. The Welcome Party that was organised was a huge hit and allowed residents to socialise with those outside their flats/floors. There is a wide range of community spaces with different uses that are kept clean. Highly recommend!

It's a good place to live near the station and University.
This is a good place for students to live. It is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, surrounded by supermarkets and close to the town centre. The public facilities here are very new and very complete, there are study rooms, communal kitchen, laundry, gym, games room and so on, it is really worth it!

Best accommodation I've stayed in. Staff, Maintenance and Security teams are excellent and very helpful when it comes to resolving issues. The amenities such as gym and games room are always in great condition and great if you're on a budget!!
Bankside Student Living is without a doubt the best accommodation I have seen. The design is very modern and gorgeous which sets it apart from any other accommodation. The social spaces and amenities are also top of the line, with a gym, gaming and cinema room that you can book and are always left in good condition. The rooms are comfortable and the riverside view is amazing. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

The rooms are comfortable and highest quality I could find in Guildford, the location doesn’t get any better, you’re 10 minutes away from anything!
It was my first time staying at Bankside this year and it has been no less than a great experience, the reception team are always willing to help with any needs and the ammenetites are insane! Compared to other student accommodations in Surrey excluding university of surveys campus accom, Bankside is definitely the best and you’ll have a great time here

The staff are always so helpful and super friendly towards the students with helping them with anything from packages to getting back into their rooms if they forgot their keys!

Amazing place for every student.
Bankside student living is really close to the university of Surrey which makes it really easier for me to travel so I’m really grateful for that. The social spaces are really big and it’s really good for hosting parties and hanging out with your friends. The staffs are really friendly they are always there for you whenever u need them. Glad I chose this accommodation
Aynsley Robertson, Jose luis,Brooke Cresswell are really Brilliant with their work. They all always helped me in any type of trouble. I highly recommend Bankside Guildford very any other student accommodation value for money and amazing location with very helpful staff.
Ideally there would be a cleaner on site for kitchen clusters, and corridors could be properly cleaned.
An amazing student accommodation, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any issues, online student-management interface works with no issues and most logged maintenance issues are fixed quickly. The location is perfect, close to campus, city centre, and a lidl; not to mention that the site itself is beautiful as it sits right next to a river. Plenty of communal spaces to study and for entertainment. The management staff are really the highlight though, always organising activities and preparing free drinks or snacks for us at the reception.

The location is perfect - close to university, the station AND town centre! Social spaces look very nice and can see myself using it when I move in. A little expensive but still a good price compared to other private student accommodations in Guildford.
