Guilden Village is in a great location, is well managed by a friendly team and has a big range of opportunities to meet other students and socialise.
A delightful stay! My room offered a stunning view and was well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee each morning. The accommodation always has a lively atmosphere, with various activities and events which adds to the overall experience

I’m so lucky to stay here. The staff are lovely. The social spaces are incredible like the cinema room, games consoles, mini golf and arcade room. It’s next to a huge public park, a massive leisure centre and amenities. The bus service is so useful and the rooms are amazing. All digital Samsung appliances and comfortable en-suites. I don’t have a bad thing to say about guilden village. Harvey is a queen
Love the social spaces! The study room is very helpful during assignments season and the location is beautiful as Stoke park is right behind it, if you want to relax you can literally just walk around. The shuttle bus is very convenient

Very good place to live, and very safe and facilities provided are very good and up to date. However, if on student loans then you will need to learn to budget, but to have the best experience students should learn to keep their kitchens clean as soon as they move in, I learned the hard way, so always make sure to clean your dishes! Apart from that, a very good experience with a kind and helpful accommodation team that will always be there for you if you encounter any issues during your stay.

Generally a safe, comfortable place to live, sometimes the management is a bit chaotic.
Good facilities and nice place, however left us without hot water for about a month, TVs get broken, laundry machines break, and with no compensation for it!

Very responsive on emails and singular maintenance issues and the rooms are nice! Sometimes we have issues with maintenance for example, lack hot water and internet. Also used to have one staff member that abused his power and was very rude but this has been sorted now!
Great area, town is only a 30 mins walk. Unfortunately they don’t have staff on at weekends which is when we need them most for parcels etc

All of the staff are so kind, welcoming and sociable. I always get a hi how are you, have a good day etc when I walk through reception. The social spaces are excellent and organised very well. There are so many fun events and freebies, Guilden is excellent value for money and I am so glad I chose here for my accommodation.

Save your money and live in the university accommodation. The building and facilities look nice but it is rubbishy inside. Cleaning, and safety issues are always there .. very late maintenance and management don't care …. the management will be nice with you until you sign the contract.. then you will realize you were trapped wish i can put pictures so you see what i mean.. they care about marketing more than people living at accommodation
The accommodation may look very modern and great. But the price you pay to live here and what you get for it is appalling. The biggest issue is the standard of cleanliness, having no cleaners for the kitchen and after enquiring and requesting for one, are sent away and told to clean the kitchen ourselves, even though the website advertised a cleaner for the kitchen every week. We are also not provided equipment and necessities to clean the kitchen ourselves, having one hoover for the entire accommodation, which is simply not good enough. The management is terrible and does not take issues seriously,they really have created a nightmare of a stay. The rooms are fine,the bathroom is nice and the wifi works, however, this is the bare minimum and the organisation behind this accommodation need to fix up and get their priorities right because I would not recommend living here at all. They are selling you a false product
Excellent locations with many available facilities like study rooms, gym. Tidy spaces, clean. I would suggest that some items could be available from the facility, for example coat hangers or some basic bathroom items such as toilet paper. So much money for rent (with bills included) but could also include some basic items. But I am very happy and satisfied about Guilden Village in general.
