It was already midnight when I arrived at the apartment on the first day, but I was glad that the front desk service was 24 hours, so I came to this apartment in the warm reception. The area of the room is very large and the layout is very reasonable. I really like my large French Windows, which give me a full view of the city center, and I am fascinated by the clouds and sunset glow at night. The apartment is located in the center of the city, so it is easy to shop and get around. In addition, we have plenty of entertainment areas such as a yoga room and gym for daily exercise needs, as the only apartment in Glasgow with a separate washer and dryer and dishwasher, which greatly simplifies our daily life, and the free coffee machine to enjoy a cappuccino or hot cocoa at any time. In addition, whenever I forgot to bring my keys, the staff was always eager to provide me with timely help. I got to know a lot of friends at the various events held in the apartmen, and I would recommend BW.

I was lucky to spend a year here. If given another chance, I'll still choose this place. Independent washers and dishwashers are only available here. Staff will also provide timely assistance. It was a great stay.

It is a perfect place to live in. Although my classmates are living somewhere nice as well, I still think bridle works as my best choice. Nice staff, variety activities, well management, clean spaces. I can’t finish my love in this place for 3 days. In a word, a perfect place for you to settle down.

What I particularly appreciate in Bridle Works is the social spaces, especially the 20th floor because it gives a panoramic view of the city and I often go there to study with the daylight. For the property, I just find that the carpet in the shared area of my flat is very dirty, with stains. It was so even before I checked in in September. But that’s about the only negative comment I could add. I also enjoy the little giveaways the staff organizes, it is really fun. Overrall, I really enjoy my experience here at Bridle Works, which is well situated in the city.

my time at bridleworks has been great so far, had a slight issue with payments where i felt a bit misheard by one member of staff but all the rest of the staff have been amazing to me, so helpful and kind. i really enjoy my room having a washer/dryer unit has been incredible i don’t ever wanna go back!

Honestly, with the new management for bridle works, the activities and opprtounities have been so much fun! i honestly like my little room, i’ve made it cozy. There are of course points to touch on, like not the best parcel room management. and the bin chute issue. But to be honest, the new management, prestige, is doing a better job than novel and it feels like home!

Location is perfectly next to queen street station and Buchanan st, and the building is overall very well kept and clean. However, while arriving my room had not been cleaned from previous student and wasn’t cleaned even after asking staff.
My room type is studio. The apartment environment is nice and quiet, the 0 floor has a mailbox and coffee machine is very convenient, and the staff is friendly. The location of the apartment is also very good, near the city center, and it is convenient to have a supermarket nearby to buy food.
The location is ideal being close to GCU and Strathclyde and half way between the bus station and Glasgow queen street. The amenities are great with an amazing roof top view looking over the city. Both staff and cleaners are lovely. Great that there is 24hr security.

I had an excellent accommodation experience here, especially on sunny days when the sunlight streams into the room, it's particularly beautiful. The facilities here are all new and there are many interesting activities. I am very glad that I chose this apartment for the year.

The student dormitory is clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable living space with basic amenities. The location is convenient, close to campus and public transport. The staff are friendly and responsive to any issues. However, the Wi-Fi can be slow at times, and the shared kitchen could use more equipment.

I think Bridle Works is the best private student accommodation in the UK 💜 Most of the staffs are so kind and the rooftop is soooo pretty 🥰 I was able to make friends and play with many facilities 😆 I can drink free coffee on the ground floor and do free laundry in my kitchen everyday. But, it can internet/wifi coudl be felt slow and unstable because the British internet/wifi/mobile services are still slower and more unstable than Korea.. However, it is so happy things that the staffs make good events frequently. Despite all these nice facilities and services, rental fee is also quite cost-effective comparing to another student accommodations ^^

DO NOT STAY HERE! I haven’t had a worst living experience than staying here. Every studio comes with a washer/dryer but mine was broken and they didn’t fix it for 2 months!! The internet went down for 2 weeks and I had to use my data to study! Also the bin rooms were working occasionally but now they don’t work at all and the whole building has been filled with fruit flies! There are fruit flies in my room and my neighbors rooms, and no matter what I’m doing to get rid of them it seems like they are re appearing. Please do yourself a favor and don’t decide to stay here. Spend your money somewhere it will be worth it.

Bridleworks is a great accommodation located right in the city centre. The events at Bridleworks have been great, Lucy is always making sure something is on every week which is a great opportunity to meet new people. She is always up to hearing suggestions for future events. The whole team is really helpful if you have any questions during your stay.

Good accommodation. The facilities are nice and the staff is very kind.
After living much time here in Novel Student Glasgow, I'm sad to say that not all that glitter is gold. Upon my arrival, all seemed well. However, the staff tend to treat clients very poorly, i.e. arguing and yelling, not addressing issues that a student may have, the manager of the building being one of the most unreliable of them all.

Moved here last September and they have made me feel welcomed from day 1. The front desk staff[Lucy, Sabrina, Fiona, Morgan] have always been super friendly and welcoming. The night staff's been amazing too[Waseef, Conner, Sofia]. They are always friendly and super helpful. The building also has great parties and meet ups which helped me make new connections with people. And my own place has been amazing, a perfect apartment that matched all my needs.

I've been living at Bridleworks Student Accommodation in Glasgow for a while now, and honestly, it feels like home. The location is just perfect for me – it's close to the uni and the heart of the city, so everything I need is just a stone's throw away. My room is cozy and has everything I need, making those late-night study sessions a bit more bearable. But what I really love is the 20th floor lounge. It's where we all hang out, and I've met some amazing people there. The staff here are super friendly too – they're always up for a chat and really helpful whenever I need anything. It's not just a place to crash; it's where I've made some great friends and memories. living here has been one of the best parts of my big move to Glasgow .

Overall underwhelming, Rooms are perfect, location is perfect. Management is not functional/up to standard and look uncaring. Many contract violations.Barely any social events. No more cleaning. Constant unhygienic environments on each floor.
I and my friends a lot of our time here, in the cinema room, or the 20th floor or in the ground floor having coffee, the staff were always friendly to us especially, Conor Feely, Sophiya Lee and Wasiff on the night staff. They are always friendly to us and talks with me all the time.

This place is all smoke and mirrors - your first week or so is a dream after that it’s nothing but stress. Everyone is paying different prices for the same room, the staff are careless and unhelpful and actually quite rude at times. Half of the amenity rooms don’t work and you have to bring your own devices/appliances. Maintenance takes months to get done and there is no privacy.
I have been staying here for 2 years now. Best location ever - close to bus stops, the subway, Queen Street Train station, and Buchanan Bus Station! There’s even a 15 minute bus that direction takes you to Uni of Glasgow. Even if you’re returning home late at night, it’s a safe and well lit neighbourhood. It is a bit pricey compared to other student accommodations in Glasgow, but the amenities are worth it. The staff are extremely friendly and there’s a 24/7 reception & parcel collection.
It’s the best student accommodation in Glasgow and one of the best in the UK, 24/7 security. Really nice and friendly stuff members. I liked the events of each month and this is thanks to Andrea, Sabrin, Hariet and Saly.

I think the accommodation needs to be cleaner, I think they should fix the trash shut on all floors so people aren’t carrying their rubbish in the lifts, the accommodation is in a great area
Great location and facilities. Lots of issues such as not having hot water regularly or a lot of the facilities and amenities not working even tho the staff has been told in many times it doesnt work.
Think carefully before booking your accommodation in Bridle Works. My room’s ceiling has been leaking water in different areas (over bed, close to the window, and over the bedside table) this semester. I’ve asked for maintenance at least three times. They did repair, but didn’t resolve the problem entirely every time. I know that they’ve probably tried their best to fix it, and the staff are kind, but then that means the leak is a problem remained from when the building was first built. Additionally, the building was built in 2021. It should be good since it’s so young, but unfortunately, it’s NOT.
A good apartment for students in Glasgow to live in
Living in Bridle Works is quite a comfortable experience! I only spend 3 minutes to get the nearest subway station.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This company have done a great job at false advertising EVERYTHING. A year later there is still construction being carried out, floods with sewage in flats and the reception, a terrible staff team, I could go on and on. But if you care about your well being don’t stay at this accommodation.
Construction on the building still has not been completed. it has been almost a year and construction has continued with students in residence. The onsite management team are not support by off-site management and complaints are not resolved. The city Council and student unions have been involved attempting to address the poor management response of the building at the start of the academic year. I have still not received a resolution to a considerable complaint I made over four months ago. Construction work was not communicated to be before tenancy. The building remains a construction site with contractors frequently onside without warning to residents. I actively discourage other students from taking up residency in this accommodation. The unprofessionalism with which complaints and residents have been met is unprecedented and reflects their poor business practices. None of the previously mentioned issues have been resolved and construction has not been completed as of 24 June 2022.
Moved in back in September and its been a great experience. As an older postgrad student, Bridle Works has been the perfect place to be based during my stay in Glasgow. The staff are definitely the best aspect of living here as they're super friendly and don't hesitate to go above and beyond whenever they can. Lucy, the leasing manager, is super helpful and facilitated a smooth move-in.

Worst place I’ve ever lived in. Not had any thing working from washing machine to dishwasher. Nothing is ready boulders about constantly. These people do not care about anything but money. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed.
Could not be more of a nightmare. The building is not built. There is indoor and outdoor construction. The fire alarm has gone off over 30 times in the 3 weeks I've been here, sometimes as often as five times in one day, and often in the middle of the night. Staff are completely unequipped to handle this. None of the common spaces are built. The vast majority of the tenants feel we were scammed and defrauded by the building.
