Claremont House places students in the heart of all the action as the property is centrally located in Glasgow West End. Situated a mere twelve-minute walk from campus and a stone's throw away from the city centre, residents can enjoy having everything they need and want on their doorstep.
The building boasts trendy social spaces, including a roof terrace, TV room, residents' lounge, cinema room and outside area. You can skip your membership and make use of the private gym. There is a laundry room, secure bike storage, a study room, Wi-Fi, a management team, contents insurance and all-inclusive bills for your convenience.

I love my room so much here when I first saw it and the managers here are so nice and so helpful. I mean they make me feel so warm and with their help I did manage to do a lot of things. In a word I am so satisfied with everything here.

The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming! The location is also very good, walking distance to the city centre and Glasgow University. Nearby is Kelvingrove Park, beautiful environment, you can often go here for a walk. In addition, it's safe because you need a key to open the door. The heating in the dormitory is adequate, and it is not a problem to wear short sleeves in winter. I live in ensuite, and the shared kitchen space is quite large.

A very nice student accommodation at the most perfect location to the University of Glasgow near the Kelvingrove Park. Amazing staff who are always very responsive and nice facilities. The view on the terrace is the best in the whole of Glasgow! Very recommended!

The best accommodation I’ve stayed at. Everything was good. It’s about 30 minutes walk from UoS and 10 minutes from UoG. With such a price and such large studios, as well as having a gym inside the accommodation you won’t find anything better, imho.
Living in the student dormitory has been an exceptional experience for me. The rooms are not only spacious and well-lit, but they are also designed with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that we have ample space for both study and relaxation. The dormitory is equipped with all the necessary amenities that a student could need. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection ensures that I can complete my assignments and research without any interruptions. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for both socializing and studying. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community. The dormitory organizes regular events that help us to get to know our fellow residents better, fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect among us. The location of the dormitory is another major plus point. It is conveniently located close to the university of Glasgow, making it easy for us to get to our classes on time. Stayed in a studio for 3 years and is an excellent accommodation. Facilities are exceptional including a study area, gym and cinema room however, the most impressive part has to be the incredible view from the rooftop, perhaps one of the best in Glasgow. Location is very convenient as you are a 20 minute walk from the city centre, 10 minutes from the University of Glasgow and located right next to the Kelvingrove park. Overall rooms are clean and comfortable with staff helping out whenever needed. Very much recommend this accommodation.
This is a very good apartment! I like the enthusiastic attitude of the staff and thanks a lot for their good works and dedication. There are also a lot of activities here and I have made a lot of new friends here.
I love living so close to Uni, it’s super safe neighbourhood wise. The staff are amazing! Ewa and Ali are super friendly and helpful, they run the house amazingly! Would totally recommend Claremont House!

claremont house has great accommodation and a responsible front desk. The most important thing is that it is very close to the school and can save a lot of time.
The only thing that a little bit disappointed me is that the wifi is sometimes unstable and affect me to have entertainment.

Everything Nice，It is really comfortable to live here
The room is abit overpriced for the services provided the kitchen fridge and freezer lack space to fit everyone, the gym doesn't include enough equipment for a proper workout, flat door can't be locked lacking security wise. For the price range I expected to have some weekly cleaning of the common areas however the service is not provided which is surprising giving that other accommodation providera do that with much smaller rent. The property management do respond to requests however some of the requests take too long to be fulfilled and some times the problem doesn't get fixed properly. The lighting in rooms is not enough and water outage happens alot. The WiFi is good not the best I have seen but it does the job so no complaints. The location is good for having fun and mental peace but lack some amenities like a super store although a small coop is nearby but it has limited stuff and buses are less frequent around the area.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this student accommodation! The location is perfect, with its proximity to a beautiful green park and river, as well as its convenient distance to the University of Glasgow. The cleanliness of the place really stood out, making it a comfortable and pleasant environment to live in. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its great location and clean, inviting atmosphere.
The location is amazing - convenient, easy access to the University of Glasgow, rest of the West End, the city centre, and Partick, and bus links close by to the rest of the city. Room was a bit small for the price, but was warm during winter (double glazed, soundproofed windows). Cleaning of common areas could be better, but was done once a week so mostly up to residents to be tidy. Property management is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicates well (if any inspections/checks need to be done), and repairs get sorted quickly after reporting issues. Internet/wifi could be better, keeps disconnecting but otherwise fast. All-in-all, I quite enjoyed my stay in Claremont House.
Overall, living in Claremont House was an enjoyable one; the neighbourhood was calm, adjacent shopping was handy, it was close to the school, it was affordable, and there were apartments and activities organised on a regular basis, as well as vibrant student social events and parties. The apartment was clean.
A very good place for students with helpful staff available on site during the week. The location is great for those particularly at University of Glasgow as it is a 10 minute walk through the park. The park being across the street is great as well, allowing for a nice place to unwind on weekends

This apartment can give me a sense of home, the layout of the rooms is very good. When I encountered problems, the staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic to help me and solved the problems in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment.
The management and facilities of this apartment are excellent, and the front desk staff are eager to help out and give a good stay experience. There are also small gifts and activities during the holiday season.
I lived in this student hall for 3 years. There is was no cleaning service for the shared kitchen and corridor. The solution to your cleaning and noise problem is almost impossible since you share the kitchen with 4 other students (+ some times their friends) It will be really goıd for you to learn your dpc number on your first day so that you do not have a problem getting your deposit back. Although It's been months since you left the student hall your deposit is still not refunded as they do not let you know the dpc number.
This accommodation has the best-est location - It’s located next to Kelvingrove park (great for walks), 15 min walk from the University of Glasgow and the same distance to get to the city centre. Rooms and facilities are great!; studios have their own bathroom and kitchen, the common room has a lounge, tv and games! there is a beautiful terrace on the top floor with hands down one of the best views around the city of Glasgow. They’ve also got a bike shed. The management team by the office is so friendly and they also do their best to help even during weekends if it there is an emergency. Lastly, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly.
Claremont house is right next to Kelvingrove Park and I can see the university through my window, The management is really awesome and I got to decorate my room as I wanted adding some extra bookcases to suit my book-hoarding needs xD Due to covid social life has been non existent but the roof terrace gives us a space to at least say hi and catch up. Also the view is stunning. It is about 5-10 min to any shop you need and deliveroo delivers pretty much anything to your location. The hallways and such are kept clean and there is very little noise from the others living here so a great space to study. The bathroom is a good size and the rooms are made in such a way that it is easy to keep them clean. There are only 2 washing machines but they are never really too busy. The gym is great. The wifi works great, if you use a vpn it might slow down a bit but otherwise perfect. My favourite thing about the rooms are the big windows that make they room much brighter and bigger.
