Well to be very honest my overall experience here has been great.I’ll be sure to prefer this university because the environment and atmosphere is really good and till what i feel,anyone can fit in and the peers are also highly motivating and make you feel at home vibes even at the university.And of course the faculty is really good.Not even exaggerating I think they are the reason I started liking studies because I don’t feel pressurised while coping up with the syllabus.

Library Lofts is located right next to Exter Library. On your doorstep, you have the city centre and the train station.
Students have handy study rooms and WiFi that they can make use of. You never have an excuse to have dirty laundry as there are laundry facilities on-site. There is a friendly management team to ensure you are well looked after during your stay. For your benefit, there is CCTV, contents insurance and all-inclusive bills.
At Library Lofts, you have the choice of staying in a one or two-bedroom apartment. Each room has modern finishings and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Located in the city center, and very convenient for shopping. I chose the 2-bed ensuite with the park view. It has huge windows, and the scenery outside is beautiful. The kitchen area and living area are large, so it's comfortable for 2 people living here, and won't feel cramped. The accommodation is serval steps from the library, which is a good place for study.

It’s a nice room to live in and reasonable price. I wish the washing machine was inside the building but other than that, everything is good

1. There is no security at night 2. They won't do the letters for us, which you will need to find your own letter from a big bunch of letters regularly. 3. The location is good but there is no lift 4. There is always no one at the reception. So if you have any parcel, don't expect them to collect for you. 5. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Can you imagine that for the entire building? And even if there is problem with the machine, they don't fix it ASAP. Some students face the same problem with the same machine for FEW WEEKS. Can you imagine how GOOD management they are? 6. If you have issue with the electric, you have to wait for FEW weeks for the technicians to fix. 7. You pay the same amount of rental but you will get different size of room for the flat. Can you imagine that you pay the same amount of money but you get the smaller room, basically HALF of your flatmate's room?
