I think it’s lovely vere, however, if you have a room facing the main road, then there is no isolation whatsoever and will need earplugs

Nice inside, but along a road and with houses behind that can be loud. Close to uni, trains and shops. Not cleaned properly when I moved in- this wasn’t addressed when we formally emailed in about it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have always helped me if I’ve had any problems with my studio (not that I’ve had many) and if I’ve had any complaints about noisy neighbours. The social events are very well organised and a great way to meet new people in the building. I’ve never had any problem with the WiFi. The location is fantastic as it’s a midway point between town and university.

It’s a good place for living. Close to town, shops and Uni. It is however, a bit noisy. I feel this part of town became a bit dodgy outside as well but good when ok . Have not socialised a lot since i have not bumped into many people. But good if as a place to relax and chill

It’s been good overall Maybe the only situation is living in town where there is noise of people going out Also some cleaning equipment may be good !

Had a lovely time staying at Picturehouse Apartments. Having stayed in different private accommodation for each year of my degree, I can easily say that Picturehouse is by far my favourite one. The staff are friendly and always putting on plenty of events/wonderful displays to keep the accommodation experience homely and welcoming. Furthermore, the maintenance team is timely and never disrupts my personal schedule. Washing facilities are fairly priced and rarely having any issues. The social spaces/studies rooms make a great change of scenery from studying in your room. Have only used the gym facilities on a handful of occasions, but they have always been clean and tidy. Location is optimum being well situated between the town centre, Streatham and St. Luke’s campus. Overall, would definitely recommend to any student looking for accommodation in Exeter.

Staff are polite and friendly. Any issues or requests were taken care of swiftly. The common room is a great place to study and both studios I have stayed in have been nice and clean with a lovely view too! Highly recommend:)

What picturehouse stood out is their location near to the tesco, they quick to maintain things when requested.

Pay a lot for what you get, definitely arrange a viewing before deciding. Badly built/renovated, depressing kitchen without windows & quite a lot of silverfish. Staff is nice, but I’d never pay this much again for such bad quality. Oh, and you have to pay for circuit laundry.
