An enjoyable experience all in all, there’s only two buildings off-campus really which is emdeck or cookworthy, but they’re quite close anyways. If you hate hills, invest in an electric bike. Wide range of universities where I have seen many people in them passionate about making them fun for everyone. I’ve personally never had a problem with the wifi after I was able to connect. The careers service is mainly whatever you make of it really, though they are easy to find and there’s always someone there in office hours. I studied biomed last year and would say the best resource we had was the lab plus where you can practice practical methods.
Good uni experience so far, have not finished uni hence why I cannot write a full review
Enjoyable experience but quite different to most courses as studying dentistry
Great University, a lot of resources and brilliant staff at the library and individual departments
Great place to study, small town but feels safe and everything is readily accessible. Great landscape for outdoor activities in the summer
Good range of sports and clubs! Great library and study spaces
A good university with satisfactory student unions and social spaces. A campus at the heart of the city so easily accessible to nearby facilities and transport links to travel and visit near by areas
Good campus location in the city centre
Good experience, campus is great and easy to get around
Excellent wifi although more mental health support is needed
