I'm currently studying my final year at the school of earth sciences at Cardiff University, and have nothing but respect for my tutors and the staff there, they've all worked so hard to get the best out of us. But I go to Cardiff University despite Cardiff Universities best efforts. They consistently make idiotic decisions designed to make life harder for the students currently studying. As far as I'm aware, once they have your money the couldn't care less about the health and wellbeing of it's students. Unless like me they do a course you really want to study, that nowhere else provides, go to a better university that respects it's students.
