I love living here because the building is always well maintained and the location is perfect for going to Penrhyn Road and Roehampton Vale campus. The building manager and maintenance are always kind and friendly as well. The room itself is quite spacious and has a lovely view so I booked my room for another year.

The location is great ，very convenient to go to the cinema at night ，the internet and WiFi is great ，good for online gaming ，and the space of the rooms are pretty well.
The location is great, close to everything one would need. It feels very safe with all the cameras and security. The building is cleaned regularly by staff. The management is great, your issues are taken care of as soon as possible. Overall, I loved living in this place and if I had the chance to I would have stayed longer.
Ultra modern rooms with excellent wifi. Great location and quiet building. Very close to Knights Park and Penrhyn Road campuses, and easy access to shopping and restaurants! Wilko is right beside the building which makes buying supplies quick and easy! Laundry room was great and communal room/lounge was almost always available! Perfect place to stay if you like living on your own but you have options to bring friends in or go out on the town! Kingston train station is also a 3 min walk away, making it extremely convenient to get into central London. Managerial staff was always a pleasure to speak to and helped deal promptly with any issues that occurred. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
What can i say? Gr8 place to stay. Nice staff, run by a sweet lady. I'd reccommend it.
I think it is the best apartment I have ever seen. It has perfect facilities and the rooms are very comfortable. The manager of the apartment is also very strict and earnest. If there is a problem can be solved at any time! Most of all I feel very proud to live here. I love it .
Excellent little spot on the edge of the town centre, close to uni, shopping centres and clubs. staff take exceptional care of the property and facilities, and are very friendly and approachable. Room itself is the nicest I have seen in kingston, boasting superior qualities to competitors. 10/10 would book again, in fact I already have.
i stayed here on my first year in uni and it’s the best place to live at in kingston because it’s centrally located.
It is a great apartment. The apartment is clean and in a great location. Reception is very enthusiastic and friendly. I am very happy to live here.
Great halls, modern spacious studios, very fast WiFi, TV in common room is great and the roof terrace is the best place to chill. Great location in town centre close to uni and train station, also right next to the shopping centre
Really enjoyed my stay at Viridian, they don't have Alot of staff there but the people I met were really kind. I would recommend anyone to stay here

I have been living here for the last 2 years (during my Masters degree) and I just wish they had built this building during my Undergraduate! The location is in the middle of Kingston town centre, with many local retail and grocery shops. Kingston Station is only minutes away to take you to Central London. The building is managed and maintained by amazing staffs! Tracey is very friendly, very supportive and always there when needed! Lovely location, amazing people and all bills included, what else can someone want? You get what you pay for, and I promise this is great for its value!
Great place to live, expensive but you get what you pay for, modern clean and great staff. I've good memories and had good times living here, wish I found it before my final year. The roof terrace is just the best place to sit and study. Fab just Fab!

It’s worth spending a bit more to get a nice place, helpful staff, maintenance done quickly and stress free living!
Amazing location near Kingston University campuses, shops, transportation, town centre, museum, library, the river, two near by markets, etc. Easy walking distance to most places in Kingston, and great transportation links to central London within a 3-5 minute walk. Tracey, the property manager is amazing. Very helpful, welcoming, and willing to talk anytime. I rebooked for a second year because of her. Medhi, who does the maintenance, is amazing, too. Very friendly and willing to help when I have questions. Always completes maintenance in a timely fashion and never worry about if he needs to do a repair in my room while I am gone. Owen who does the cleaning is super nice and helpful too. I wouldn't have rebooked without such an amazing staff. Rooms are beautiful and modern studio rooms. It is well worth spending a bit more to have your own space. Communal space is cozy and can easily fit all residents during events. The roof terrace is my favorite for studying or a evening w/ friends.
Love this place, great location for uni, shops and trains. Nice, modern studios. very clean, quick response to maintenance. love the roof terrace, we had some great parties up there! common room is cosy with a huge TV. Cant fault this accommodation.
