I lived here for a year while studying. This is a great and safe place to live and I would highly recommend this place to any student. Ozan the property manager is such a great person who is always there to help. He truly goes the extra mile. Like I said, great rooms and a well maintained building, which is not only well located with three food shops close by, but also very safe. I truly enjoyed my time here.

Excellent accommodation and the building manager Ozan is friendly and always helpful. My silver studio room was clean when I moved in and when I had any problems, Ozan always made sure to solve them as soon as possible.

The location is very nice. Only 1 minute walk to bus station, and 10 minutes walk to underground station. Tesco is just downstairs, and Sainsbury and Waitrose are also nearby. It is close to Eventim Theater, where you can enjoy performances at nights. The building manager Ozan is always kind and helpful. He will help you collect parcels, and will solve your problems quickly.

It’s a lovely place to stay, with a great surrounding area for convenient food and grocery. It is close to Hammersmith station which offers easy transportation. The room itself is comfortable and not too cramped, and the property manager is very friendly. The only reason I’m not staying a third year is the rent increase, which is too high of a price to pay for the benefits of the area and proximity to my university when more affordable and more spacious options exist in areas further out. Still a great choice for those wanting to stay in Fulham though.
Spent a year at this studio and was thoroughly impressed. The space is lovely, and Ozen, the manager, provided outstanding service. Truly appreciative of the comfort and hospitality.

I’ve very much enjoyed living at Fulham Palace Studios! It’s a really nice place to live as a student. The location is incredible, especially only being a short walk from the tube and having 3 different grocery stores on the same block. I would recommend!

If I have to reflect back, I had a great experience living at Fulham Palace Studios. They are now under the management of Homes for Students, rooms have a fresh look and are very spacious. Ozan, the building manager, is very friendly and open to help in every situation. I had a few situations but both the team at Home for students and Ozan were happy to help. I did see a mouse once, but honestly, it's the UK; they're everywhere. After notifying Ozan, he brought contractors to take care of the situation and never saw one again. I hope they keep up the effort. Overall very good and helpful staff!!
This place is excellent, has everything a student could need and is in a really convenient location, with many shops around and close to public transport. The building manager Ozan is extremely helpful and friendly, whenever there has been an issue he has solved it very quickly. Overall great experience and I rebooked my room.
Being in Hammersmith, and a 5 minute walk from Hammeramith Station puts you in the perfect location, also with the river a 5 minute walk away too. This accomodation makes all of London very easily accessible including airports. The building management is up to standard with the building manager always available to check your room and check room maintenance if needed.
The location is great as it is very close to many places and the nearest tube is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms have enough space for a student and enough desk space for a large PC setup with multiple monitors. The ethernet connection is strong which leads to very little latency for gaming and video calling. The manager, Ozan, is a very nice person and is also fast when working on requests. Great experience!

This apartment is perfect for me, excellent location, convenient transportation and many convenience stores and shops downstairs. The access control system inside the building is also secure, usually requiring four locks to enter your room, which largely prevents strange strangers from showing up in the apartment. The sound insulation is good and I can't hear the music from next door, so I'm happy with it so far

Fulham Palace Studios has a great location! Tube is only 10 minutes away and downstairs are multiple coffee shops and grocery stores! The rooms are new and clean!
