Really had a good time and stay experience at One Penryhn Road. Trady at the front desk was really nice, any problems we had, she would promptly help us communicate with the maintenance staff and then fix it right away, exceptionally efficient! And the manager are also really nice, he help me solved a lots of problem that I meet at booking process.

The apartment is very convenient to be close to the school. The front desk is very friendly! The Chinese front desk is very enthusiastic. The facilities in the room are all new.

I have lived here for couple of years during my study and I can highly recommend the place. It is in a such a good location, close to gym,shops and Kingston University.

Management team is great, very friendly and helpful and resolves issues in a timely manner. Rooms are nice with a lot of natural light, but they do need to be refurbished.
