Arch View House is home to 678 students and is ideal for students studying at the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB). It’s right next to Wembley Stadium, and close to the tube, giving easy access to all of London. Restaurants and bars in central London are just thirty minutes away by tube.
Residents can enjoy both indoor and outdoor social spaces as well as a cinema and a fully equipped onsite gym.
Arch View House offers a range of private and shared studios, featuring their own kitchen, bathroom, and living facilities. There are also en suite rooms available within shared flats, which offer shared living space and a fully fitted kitchen you can share with 6 other students.

Free gym could use some upgrades. Wish there was a basketball court near by. But other than that it's really good.

The place met my expectations and exceeded them

One particular incident that I must mention is when I lost my very valuable family heirloom down the crack in the side above the toilet. Sanjay personally came up to my room from reception and took apart this surface and made a make shift hook to get it from me. He didn’t need to go above and beyond but he did and that’s inspired me to write this review. Thank you Sanjay I’m incredibly indebted to you!

Best student accommodation by far, so clean, so nice, maintenance problems are solved on the same day, receptionists are friendly. Amazing student accommodation.

A great place to stay. Always kept clean and staff are nice and helpful, Racine and Younis have helped me a lot recently. There's lots of communal areas where you can study or relax in, and the events are getting good cant wait for the next ones! - Do another event with Olympic Way! it was great meeting new people.

Shouldn’t be as much as it is, there’s always problems with hot water etc. just lucky it’s London i guess

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever!! The manager Younis was particularly helpful when I first arrived. The building is kept clean and modern which I love!

Very good location internet and study spaces - social spaces have been majoritly closed for a year washing is too expensive and the accom price was needlessly raised from last year

The standard of rooms are really good for the price of London and in a good location to the public transport options. Would love for the rent to stop increasing year on year.

Worst property management. Worst cleaning service and hygiene. I moved in a dirty and stinky room smelling like a s***. It smelled so bad in there that I had to clean it 2 days. The mattress in my room was full of lice and bugs. It was old and dirty. When I asked the maintenance team to replace it, they refused. Water pipes are old and damaged. Water stinks both in bathroom and kitchen. When I run water in shower, water comes out of the floor causing a flood. One day in the evening I was taking a shower when the water valve stopped working and I couldn’t turn on water. When I called the maintenance team, they told me to wait until the next day with a foam on my head. Nobody cleans the kitchen and it’s always mess in there. Even if I wasn’t using the kitchen, I had to pay for the cleaning, which was made just for a tick. It’s not even clean after their paid service. The worst management, the dirtiest building full of lice
