Station Court Biography
Station Court is located in Tottenham, only five minutes from the Seven Sisters London Underground station and a fifteen-minute tube ride from central London. The accommodation is close to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Lee Valley and Tottenham Hale station.
The ground floor of the building offers a study room and common room kitted out with sofas, a TV and table football. There’s also a sunny outdoor social space that you can make use of during the summer months. When looking to grab a quick snack, there are vending machines to make use of.
All 225 rooms come furnished, offering a dedicated study space, lots of storage, and a private bathroom. The apartments offer a well-equipped kitchen and living space shared between flatmates.

Far from central and downtown and doesn’t have a big mall or center near.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby and it's close to both the bus and train stations. I highly recommend this place!
The people at the reception were very nice and helpful but the place itself was not the best. The neighborhood is poor and the condition of the flats when we moved in was less than ideal. Windows kept opening on their own because of the wind or doors closing. And they were too high for someone even 7' tall to open and close comfortably, at least in my room (I know the rooms with windows facing the walkway were fine). The walls are so thin you hear everything in the entire flat if it's even slightly loud. The kitchen door never closes completely and then the alarm goes off. The fire alarm went off way too often, with unnecessary drills making most people not care about the alarm anymore because it would just be another drill. The bedroom and bathroom were decent but 1 fridge for 5 people got tight in the kitchen. The locks were very finnicky and took too many tries to get them to open.
lovely time spent here at unite student station court. Had a great experience living in the UK. Especially as an International student, friendly staff can help with most of your issues and will give advice on how to solve them.

The staff are great people and are very helpful when it comes to collecting parcels etc. However, the organisation of the building itself regarding the renovation was quite poor and so was the quality of how they redid the rooms- for example hanging a broken mirror and the constant sawdust that falls down whenever you move things. Overall, the staff were lovely people and great more just big picture issues.
The residence is great, all of it is great, it's safe and there are plenty of well-equipped rooms for self-study. All in all great!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful rooms, spacious kitchens, and, overall, lovely apartments. I'd like to highlight the common area, which is fancy and always clean. It includes different rooms for various purposes, such as a study room, a cinema, a gaming room, and a playing room. It's a great place to enjoy the events Unite Students are hosting. The entire accommodation is protected by CCTV and has a robust security system. I feel very safe. Additionally, the staff is wonderful, guided by a professional, lovely manager named Emine, who takes care of all requests and especially the well-being of the students. I would highly recommend this fantastic place.

Helpful staff usually, only minor issues with slow service but always kind. New interior is nice, clean. Area a bit iffy but safe within the property. Peter is always very helpful and kind at reception. Isabel helped me sort out printing issues as well.

My experience at Station Court with fellow students has been good so far. My day-to-day activities have been going well with no disturbances or issues in my accommodation. Overall, I’ve had good experiences so far. The accommodation is excellent, with top-notch amenities and furnishings. The security measures are highly effective, providing peace of mind.

The accomodation is good overall, the actual location I really don’t like because walking alone at night is quite scary, the staff is nice and helpful, the cleanliness is there, the rooms are good and new as well as the kitchen but I can hear everything in the other rooms especially when someone slams the door at night it’s quite loud and it keeps me up. Overall, I would recommend as a cheaper option

Good location but not much information given about changes on the flat
Good location and kind staff. Facilities are generally good except that the walls are not soundproof.
Staffs are friendly and nice! I love the huge desk and multiple storages, proper bathroom, sunlight, and privacy I get from my room. Sure, the place is not really noise-proof, but if you get nice flatmates, hearing them singing in the middle of the night would be such a fun materials to banter with them in the next morning rather than an annoyance. The location is nearby Walthamstow Wetlands (which I love!), only a bus or a tube away from my university, and it gets quiet at night with white noise from Overground train passing by (which I also love!) Never regret my choice living here during my one-year study.

Its really quite here and the staff is really nice and helpful.
The experience was amazing the rooms were comfortable and it helped me a lot to meet new people and to socialize and experience the new places
Affordable accommodation, gets the job done.
Overall the experience was pretty good the only thing that could change was that we need more space for the common area and maybe like a pool table.
Francesco is the best guy that works here, he is so friendly and helpful! Staff is amazing. And commute is great from this place.
