A lovely choice for accommodation with a great choice of location! Ive stayed here since starting at university and can say that security as a whole has improved massively and I will be staying here next year as a gym and social room will be opening! The accomodation has a great student feel but with freedom of having your own space. Highly recommend!

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?

Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

The new management company is putting a lot of work in to revamp the site. The team are friendly and responsive and are very easy to contact with them being situated onsite. The site is great value for money especially with the new look of the property due to the new renovations.

We at Unit 13 really appreciate the efforts that the new owners have taken. It was high time that these measures should have been made. Have been seeing steady dedication and progress by the new team in past month, be it taring the roads to setting up the street lights and even sending out maitainance the very same day the complaints are lodged. had a few issues at the start under previous management in terms of cleanliness and maintenance issues, however since the management has swapped over it has improved tenfold

The property has been taken over and they have improved the roads, the general cleanliness of the property and the maintenance team. If you have any problems they are sorted quick and efficiently. The management team are helpful with any issues and clearly want to improve the site.

The houses are nice and the new owners seem to be on top of everything, it would be better if houses were provided with toasters and kettles but it’s definitely worth the price it is.
