Brass Founders Biography
Brass Founders is within walking distance from campus as the University of Sheffield is a short ten-minute walk away and Sheffield Hallam University is a fifteen-minute walk away. On your days off, you can take a leisurely ten-minute walk and be in the city centre.
Relax in the common room with sofas, table football, built-in Twister, air hockey, a basketball hoop, a quiet nook and solo and group study tables. The accommodation also offers residents a bookable dining room and an outdoor social space. No need to leave the building as there's a gym to work out in and a cinema room to enjoy. For your convenience, there are vending machines providing snack foods.
Brass Founders offers you a choice of your own private studio or an en-suite room. With a studio room, you will live alone and have your own bathroom, kitchen TV and washer/dryer. If you opt for an en-suite room you will have your own private bathroom and share the rest with your flatmates.

I have lived here for two years.I really like the washing machine in my studio so I don't need to share with others.Staffs are friendly and helpful but reception not always opens. In general it’s a good valued accommodation

Overall I had a good stay. The staff is friendly and efficient. One of my favorite things about the apartment is its individual washing machine. The wifi can be improved.

The sound insulation is poor, and the noise of the factory next to it is too loud. Six people need a bigger refrigerator. Cooking stoves often need to replace batteries. The Chinese brother at the front desk is very good, He helped solve most problems. and the previous female foreman was very poor, so she was not promoted to studio. The stability of the Internet at night is very poor.
Recommended, not far from the school is very convenient The most convenient thing is that there is a separate washing machine and there are no extra charges for items.The amenities were great.

For me, it was a great accommodation experience, with good facilities and convenient location, making school life much easier. The staff at the apartment were very friendly and gave me a lot of help. The price is really reasonable and the reception desk staff are very friendly. I think the facility here is the best apartment in Sheffield.Including a big fridge and a own WASHING MACHINE sharing of 6 in our ensuite kitchen.My room price just 120/w It is really valuable. Amazing ensuite with a private bathroom, shared kitchen, and washing machine(in our kitchen) for 5 people. Also, the kitchen with a corner view is so niceeeeee! 24-hour gym, study area, and a cinema room. There is also a front desk to help me to collect the package at late night which is super convenient. The location is not far away from the Diamond and ELTC, there are also Tesco, Chinese supermarket(10 seconds walk), and Tram Stations nearby. Probably this is the best accommodation I knew in Sheffield.

The apartment has good facilities, friendly front desk service, timely maintenance, Miss Aiko is super cute and super nice, love his apartment, very close to school and supermarket, convenient life, laundry gym is clean and tidy

aiko is friendly and patient. En-suite room is too small and studio will be better. Booking studio is preferable than an en-suite.

Very professional student accommondation. I feel safe with 24h safeguard. Every officer in the reception is warm-hearted. By the way, I really like the private dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. It is rarely existed in other student acommondations.

It is a perfect student accommodation I have never met! There are best service team, like Aiko, Jake, Chloe always provide their help when I need. Good facilities: washing machine, dryer in each room or flat. Good location, get to the library only need 5 minutes by walk.

My favourite staff are Aiko and Chloe, who are warm and friendly and particularly attentive. There is a Chinses receptionist with friendly service, free washing machine, dryer dishwasher, gym. Close to Tesco and Chinese shop Huamei downstairs. Perfect, love Brass~~~

The new team is great, and Aiko is a very lovely leader. As soon as they took office, they solved the elevator problem and hot water problem of the brass founders. They put the needs and feelings of the residents first. And they held a lot of activities and warmly invited residents to participate ,which greatly improved the happiness of residents. hot water system always shut，many details in the flat are needed to be replaced by priceless and inorignal items，Breathe stuffy，no ventilation system ，common window is locked in each floor without regular cleaning. location is at the bottom of the huge slope from Sheffield Uni. The only reply from the reception is calling a mantainence from tha mobile app. good thing is double-machine

The attitude of the new staff was very poor and the delivery was often not found. The lift in the flat has been broken for a month now and has just sent an email saying that we need to wait another three weeks for parts to be repaired. Can't really imagine this happening in Sheffield. Really very bad experience now! 新来的工作人员的态度非常差劲，快递经常找不到。公寓的电梯坏了已经有一个月了，刚刚发来邮件说还需要等三周的零件才能维修。真的无法想象这发生在谢菲尔德。真的是非常糟糕的体验了！
