Hannah Court is a stunning modern student accommodation ideally located in Sheffield. Getting to campus couldn’t be easier as Sheffield Hallam University is a five-minute walk away and the University of Sheffield is a twenty-three-minute walk or thirteen-minute cycle away.
There is plenty to do at Hannah Court. You can challenge your friends at table football in the games room, attend one of the weekly social events, watch a movie in the cinema room, relax in the communal lounge and watch TV or enjoy the sun in the outdoor area. There is also a study room, laundry room and gym that is open 24 hours a day for you to make use of. For your added benefit there is WiFi, onsite maintenance, all-inclusive bills, an onsite management team, CCTV and secure entry.
Hannah Court offers contemporary studio rooms fully equipped with everything you need. Each room comes fully furnished with a double bed, under-bed storage, an ensuite bathroom, a desk area, Smart TV and a kitchen area.

Q&A
The microwave oven does function as a normal oven where you are able to bake anything you would normally in a conventional oven, you need to change the setting to the oven mode and it works in the same way. We have students who have baked cakes and a full roast dinner as well as the standard chips and pizza etc. The only issue we've had is yorkshire puddings, they haven't yet been perfected in it so that could be a challenge for yourself if you book with us ☺

The front desk service is great but the elevator always breaks down

The lift is being monitored by the engineering team and there has been lots going on behind the scenes regarding repairs and maintenance work, thankfully it is now back in full operation. If you ever need assistance on the occasion that the lift is out of order please ask a member ofthe team who would be happy to help :)

Such a wonderful place to live. Staff at reception are so wonderful and always put you first in any situation. Rooms are spacious and come well equipped with everything you need. If I was doing a masters I would live here again!! (But I’m not :( )

Great room, has everything you will need, good location with a 24 hour shop around the corner, building management are lovely and won’t hesitate to help if you need anything. Double locks on room doors and fob access to get into and around the building which makes it feel really safe.

Been living at Hannah Court for the past year and it's a dream! Large open rooms with tons of storage, with everything you could ask for including a kitchen unit, double bed, tv, big window and a shower. The common areas are great, loads of space and places to hang out, often fairly quiet and clean and easy to book areas using the app. Excellent location tp Sheffield city centre and only a 2 minute walk from the Moor. Hannah Court is a great value for money and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to book!

An amazing studio with lots of compartments for storage. Rooms are bright and clean when moving in and have a good design layout. The communal space provides plenty of opportunities to meet people or to relax after a stressful day either by watching movies or in the gym. The building management team is very helpful and kind. In addition the location of this accommodation is near to the train station to get to other cities, the Sheffield Hallam university and the city center

Just spent the last year at Hannah Court, I really enjoyed my time here and felt safe and comfortable at all times. Flat was well equipped with lots of storage spaces (under bed, wardrobes, draws and shelves), a tv, desk and kitchenette. The building was close to my uni, the station and shops, bars and restaurants (a very short walk from the Moor). Nick on the front desk was always very friendly and helpful with any issues. Would definitely recommended Hannah Court.

An amazing spacious studio with loads of compartment for storage. Rooms are bright and has a good design layout. The view from the room is wonderful, specially on the higher floors. Hannah court has a prime location with good connectivity including buses, trains and trams within walking distances. Shopping centres, Sheffield Hallam University and Peace Gardens is another advantage with this location. Management is very helpful, friendly and is well organised. Property is clean and well-maintained.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I can truly say that Hannah court is the accommodation to get yourself booked into if you want your own personal space but still want to feel included within the social aspects of university. It offers so many amazing things such as a gym, a cinema room and your own study room which really does come in handy during the stressful times and all nighters that I pulled trying to get my work done in time. The manager (Nick) has always been extremely helpful and basically turned into my dad during my time at university listening to all my rants and problems - and to be honest, all of the staff in general are all so approachable and chatty and all of the students are as well. Would highly recommend this place!

I've been living in Hannah court with my wife for about 7 months now. Overall, our experience has been excellent. From the moment we booked the interaction with the administration has been great, studio has everything you need and is spacious enough for two. Location is very close to Sheffield Hallam university (few minutes walk depending on which faculty) and around 15 minutes walk to the University of Sheffield. Guests have been calm and friendly, and Nick (the guy in charge) is very responsive and helpful. Also you get a small gym, very nice lounge, cinema room (large TV with Netflix), and a study room. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been living in Hannah court now for just over a year and have loved my stay, the building is well maintained and aesthetic both inside and out, the facilities are top class from the gym to the cinema room and plenty of study space downstairs. My room has been amazing with the big desk and couch where I can relax and watch TV. Whenever there has been any issue Nick the manager has been quick to sort to sort them out. Nick clearly works hard for the building and is always open for a chat as well as answering any questions you may have. Would very much recommend anyone to stay here in future.

The best studio I could find right next to Cantor Computing Building at Sheffield Hallam University! Nathan the manager is just amazing! Very helpful and nice people. You get smart TVs in your room and free netflix cinema room! Just amazing !
