The facilities are top-notch, with modern amenities and spacious rooms that are conducive to both studying and relaxation. The common areas are well-maintained and provide a great environment for socializing with other students. One aspect that stood out to me was the sense of community fostered within the accommodation. There were regular social events organized by the management, which allowed me to meet fellow students and make lasting friendships.

I’m living here seen January and it’s been a wonderful experience and the staff & facilities is nice .
I’ve been living here since January 2024. it’s been a great experience. All the amenities and other things are nicely managed by the staff.

It's good to stay in crm and the space is also enough for a single candidate to stay.
Amazing experience being here for 1.5 years now.
I’d say this is the best student accommodation I’ve ever lived .
I am experiencing very good days in charlotte court, and it's the best student accomodation to live peacefully. Everything is near.
Value for money. Love every bit of it. especially if you're a nature lover, this is for you. Get yourself a window room neat the trees and water flow. I loved every bit of it. Thanks Charlotte
Good accommodation to live in.
I am really happy with the property and the management as they are kind, courteous and accommodate my request as much as possible. Thank you so much!!
Lovely little place and brilliant for £99 a week
- broken heating - rude staff - bad area - broken/incredibly dodgy kitchen items (e.g. oven, microwave, oven fan) - no social areas - no security (gate broke so anyone could enter) - constantly smelt like weed - the worst wifi, don't come here unless you have a great data plan - rubbish everywhere
The wifi hardly work in rooms, Security just let themselves in with no cause and question everyone even before curfew. We have had rats in the kitchen and in the bedroom and ceiling. Constant issues with hot water, Silverfish infestation seems regular. The fridge door literally fell off and we were accused of abusing it. During quarantine, they neglected to give us any food or support until parents complained. Window seals are old and worn therefor rooms do not stay warm at all. Oven broke during quarantine they wanted nothing to do with it until parents complained again. Freely let themselves into your room to perform repairs without request. No cleaner ever. Iron ruined our clothes as they were stained red. Nowhere near adequate fridge space for 6 people!! 3 small shelves and 2 drawers. All our beds were broken and squeaking. One positive they were reasonable with rent refunds during Covid. Don't stay here.
Anything not mentioned is good. Window seals are old and crusty so cold air could get in. Ground floor windows aren’t frosted so no privacy. I was facing entrance so had to buy frosting to stick on window. Heating is useless, only can turn on for an hour at a time and even when constantly pressing every hour I couldn’t heat the room up. Wardrobe hinge grips and damages clothing when closed so had to unscrew one side and wrap in foam to prevent. Bed storage opens awkwardly, hard to explain. Light switch above bed is too high to reach when laying down. Wi-Fi is not good, had to connect personal access point to ethernet from wall. One fridge between 6 people so half a shelf each. Two microwaves and no toaster. Awkward flatmate? Just give him taste of own medicine, staff won’t do anything. After shower shows low flow it will stop then go very hot when it turns on again and then very cold after a few seconds. Any questions message me on insta @razerblade15_2020
Loved it here. Was a tad far away from collegiate campus but loved the flat and the people. Good security
got right lucky with my flatmates, made friends for life. staff caring and attentive to any issues with maintenance and such. would definitely recommend to any first year student.
Really great location with lots to do within walking distance. Having recently undergone a huge refurbishment Charlotte court is a modern, safe and friendly place to live.
Really good accommodation for both city and collegiate campus. 10 mins to city and 20 to collegiate. The rooms are good, spacious and bright. The living room is the same with a good sized tv and freeview included. Common room features table tennis, pool, darts and a few exercise items. Common room also has a tv with games consoles. Laundry room is good and cheaper than a lot of other accommodations from what I hear. All in all nice and clean. Bad points is that there is no wifi and my aerial for my tv hasnt worked since the beginning and nothing has been done even though ive tried lots and lots of times. Would recommend though!!
if you have an aversion to noisiness, drugs, smoking inside, cramped rooms and showers that flood your room everytime. Avoid Charlotte Court.
I've enjoyed my first year here good big living space (bigger than trigon and the forge rooms) car parking and kept well! Downside is no wifi and having to buy your own box! Met some lovely people while being here! Handy for if you are on a sports team and need to go to both city and collegiate campus in good walking distances! Good storage for bikes as well!
Great halls that aren't too expensive. Staff are usually quite quick at carrying out any repairs that need doing. I've lived here for two years and loved it.
One of the most exspensive halls and it didn't even have wifi.
The fridge spaces could've been spaced out more evenly throughout the flats, but other than that it was a pretty good experience.
Really great halls and as it is owned and managed by the university, they do not try to rip you off with your deposit and extra charges like some of the others do. The bedrooms were a generous size and the furniture was all good quality. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which are a good size. Never had any problems and the staff and security team were really friendly and helpful.
This place was excellent value for money (so cheap!) and I have missed having an ensuite bathroom ever since!
