Bramall Court is situated on a quiet street whilst still being close to all the attractions. The city centre, an Aldi, a Lidl and Sheffield United Football Stadium are all located nearby meaning you have everything right on your doorstep. Sheffield Hallam University is only a twenty-minute walk away and the University of Sheffield is a twenty-minute cycle away.
Inside the building, you have a variety of cosy communal spaces to enjoy, including a games area and a common room. There are also handy facilities and amenities such as an on-site laundry room, parking, bike storage, high speed wifi, all-inclusive bills, content insurance and a post and parcel service. To ensure you are well looked after during your stay, there is on-site maintenance, key access and CCTV cameras. Our En-suite rooms come with a private shower and washing facilities, although we do not have any bath's on site, unfortunately.
The 4 bed shared houses come with two bathrooms, one larger downstairs and one smaller upstairs.

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?

What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Its an affordable place for students to live in. Very friendly staff and everything is very accessible. The bus stop is right outside our accommodation so traveling is easy. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Bramall court have amazing security services too and I am very glad I picked this accommodation.

I have been living here at Bramall Court for the last 6 months and its been wonderful so far. The room size is pretty good for the price. The common room is a fun place to hangout with friends and the management hosts a lot of events from time to time which allows us to meet new people. Its located quite close to the university. ALDI is a 5 min walk which is very convenient.

It’s actually value for money but it can be more if they arrange some more social events and celebrations to get to know more students from different backgrounds but the stay is worth the money and all the maintenance team is great.

Its relatively cheap so rooms and social area are under whelming, you get what you pay for; the student ambassadors also don't treat you as a customer, more like a child and at 24 I do not need to be shouted at on a fire alarm for other people not leaving. The area also advertised security and living next to Sheffield United football ground is desirable however, the management team changed after Christmas and the security team were no longer used; the security gate also does not work and has not been fixed for more than 6 months, meaning people can access the complex easily without anyone with legal authority to get them to leave.

As for the fire alarm, we take fire safety very seriously at the accommodation and encourage our residents to do so also. The security gate is undergoing maintenance and an update will be provided shortly to our residents. We do provide multiple layers of security to our residents so they can feel safe whilst living with us.
