Fabio, the maintenance technician, demonstrated professionalism and expertise, efficiently resolving issues with clear explanations. The common areas are always clean and fresh, enhancing my living experience. All staff members are friendly and foster a sense of community. I’m truly happy living here; it feels like home and offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it to fellow students and friends.

Overall it is quite good, but the room is a bit too warm for me personally, others are pretty good.

From the pictures the room didnnot look too bad however I felt like EVERYTHING was so outdated the furniture the kitchen appliances the actual room. The bathroom was honestly really bad and so so so outdated every single part of it from the sink to the shower to the toilet seat there was barely aany storsge space and the floors werent tiled it was a weird material that made it impossible to clean. They also dont let you use the vaccum which was annoying. I also did not like how front desk was closed a lot of the time, every other student accommodation I lived in had someone at the front desk 24/7. Theres also basically no interaction with students theres zero social places in the building and theres no study rooms and the gym was really small and not very clean.

Great place to stay, with only a couple minute walk from the university. All the staff are friendly and take care of you. I would highly recommend staying here.

Certain staff members are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I was lied to about the pricing of my room and they said there would be storage available, all to find out that was also a lie. There is also no parking for students with cars. I honestly wouldn’t recommend at all.

The property management team (Tracey, Kristy, Varinder, and Sam) at Talbot studios are lovely and very helpful. The accommodations are spacious, modern looking, and are fully furnished if you are looking to not have to share kitchen spaces with others. I would highly recommend if you want to live in the city centre. Also, the cost is quite reasonable and competitive.

Talbot studios is a great accommodation. I have lived here for three years now as I enjoy living here. The location is convenient, close to the shops and city centre and also close to public transport links (tram and bus). The rooms are lovely and well maintained - any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful if there are any problems. The building is kept clean and tidy. There are social events run to get to know other students. It’s also nice and quiet so you can sleep well and study as needed!

Stayed there last year, I miss it, honestly the best student accommodations I’ve lived in, it was clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Any room problems were solved efficiently. Very good security

I stayed for 2 years and the room is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and large. The kitchen is very convenient to use and everything is payed out very nicely. The staff are very friendly.

I have stayed here for three years now because I think it’s a great accommodation. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you. It’s near town and shops. The rooms are really nice and the wifi is good.

Excellent management and maintenance team. Really lovely people, quick to find solution to any concerns or problems. Only two negative factors for me: 1. Convention oven rather than actual oven. 2. No extractor fans so my room and clothes always smell of the food I made.

loved it here this year, in a really good location next to city centre but still nice and quiet at night. sam and fabio and the rest of the team are amazing! any issues/maintenance are quickly resolved. the room itself is very spacious and modern, already booked again for next year!
