At iQ Newland, the facilities are modern and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities that have made me comfortable and I have enjoyed my stay so far. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any concerns or issues that arise. My room is spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable living space. However, as an architecture student I prefer staying at uni to work for longer hours but because of the 10 minutes' walk to NTU, leaving the school at late hours might not be safe. Overall, iQ Newland House is an excellent choice I made because I was looking for a high-quality accommodation in a convenient and accessible location and Newland House meets those criteria and I do not have any regrets.
Lovely accommodation, amazing view and friendly staff. They are very understanding and efficient in their job!
The accommodation is as usual as normal studio, and what’s the outstanding aspect is they have very friendly and nice work staffs
Good place, nice reception, comfortable room, with a great gym and study room. Great cinema room and a large shared kitchen. You have to choose it!
Lack of communication when it comes to social areas being closed until I complained about it and facilities often out of use for long periods of time
