Thank you for your kind comments. We are pleased that you have enjoyed your time at College Drive. I'm sorry your contract has ended a night before your last day of University, the bookings team may be able to help regarding this. Accommodation@ntu.ac.uk Kind regards Julia
College Drive is an on-campus accommodation so it is safe and always under security. There are maintenance checkups done which is great. The place is perfect for a PG student and quite peaceful to study and focus on your own work.
Thank you for your kind comment.
Purple Frog is an estate agency that me and my friends were renting a house. Unfortunately the organisation was really poor and the property in a bad state. I would recommend doing a research of an agency before or getting a accommodation from uni.
Thank you for your comments. We do not deal with private agencies for students rentals. All students, not just first year students, are able to book NTU accommodation for the whole duration of your studies. We have rooms and flats suitable for over 21s, Postgraduates and mature students. For more infomation please contact the bookings team on accommodation@ntu.ac.uk
My only problem living here is that the people in-charge never cares about students' complaints. When you ask them for repairing something that the students are provided from the university for personal use, they make you go round in circles. I have been told by other students not to bother complaining to them. Even the Student's Union does nothing to help. There is bumbledom everywhere and NTU is no exception.
I am sorry to hear you have experienced some issues with your College Drive accommodation. We have an on-site maintnenace team to address faults that are reported. Can you please e-mail brackenhurstaccommodation@ntu.ac.uk more details to enable us to improve the student journey. Try contacting the Students Union on the following link and I am sure they can help with your other campus concerns Support & advice @ Nottingham Trent Students' Union
