I’m really grateful to stay at Albion House as it caters for all my needs as international student studying in Newcastle. The location, hospitality, management and amenities are immaculate. In fact, it has the most reasonable price for a studio considering the fact that the unit comes with a personal washing machine! Not many studios in other accommodations in town have their own washing machine in a unit at a reasonable rental price! Mark is the best landlord - he always makes sure any maintenance issues are resolved promptly. He also hosts little events and serves snacks to make the atmosphere more lively. Overall it was a great experience living in this accommodation - it feels like a second home away from home! Thank you to Mark and team for the amazing service!

One of the cheapest student accommodations and most importantly a home away from home
Mark and Ashley have always been super helpful and attentive - super welcoming as well! Accommodation located in city centre so nothing much to complain about (: 10/10!!
It’s very accessible to nearby facilities for this price and very kind and helpful managers! Though the water pressure in the shower is a bit unstable sometimes but I very much enjoyed my stay here!
Albion House is located near a lot of facilities including the city centre, metro, football stadium and overall the service is great. Highly recommended.

Mark, our accommodation manager is very kind and friendly. Our requests were always fulfilled in the shortest time. Overall, I’ve had the best time staying here in Newcastle as an international student!
The managers are very friendly and helpful. If there’s any issue, they will fix it as quickly as they can. The location is also great, which is basically in the city. Each flat is also equipped with a dedicated washer which is really convenient.
Really enjoyed my time there. Wish there was a place to hang out a bit more e.g a function room or something similar. Otherwise, I had an amazing time there.
Great accommodation! Mark and Ashley are marvelous. It's a 5-minutes walk to the city centre and 8-minutes walk to the campus.
Albion House is perfectly located (close to the university and city center). I've been staying here for 2 years now (and have extended the contract for the 3rd year). My room is comfortable and well-equipped. Special thanks to the manager, Mark, who is incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. With Ashley's assistance as the assistant manager as well, things can be solved immediately. Overall, I highly recommend Albion House for any student seeking a convenient and supportive living environment.
Albion is an amazing place with great value for money. There are always refreshments served downstairs. Mark and Ashley (who are in charge) are so welcoming and helpful ! ☺️
Overall positive experience, it's a perfect location right in the heart of Newcastle, very close to uni and everywhere else in town. Property is well managed and property managers are very nice and friendly. Cost per week is one of the cheapest out there

I enjoy the little refreshments provided very much (although I don’t take it everyday, but it makes me feel like home). I also enjoy the activities organised during the festivities; I like how people are interacting through these. Mark is just awesome in making Albion like a home to us.

It was a nice experience staying in Albion house close to the university and at prime location for everything. Mark, always being the cheerful and happy person, being there for each student out there in albion house at every moment. Conducting games and fun activities for the festival. Overall, it was wonderful journey in albion house.
Mark is a living legend, he makes the apartment better in so many good ways. His dedication for this really board my view on how people could do a normal job good and make people feel happy.

The accommodation manager mark is a very warm heart, caring and fun loving person. Really like his vibe.
Albion house is conveniently located next to the university and town which are both a short walk away. The St. James's metro Station is also a 3 minute walk away should you need it. The management at Albion house is fantastic and Mark always puts a smile on your face. There's also free coffee and tea at reception!! There are CCTV cameras throughout the building which give an additional sense of safety. I would recommend this accommodation to any student who wants to live in the city centre.

The apartment itself is great. The location is good. Especially, the manager Mark is marvellous. He is kind, enthusiastic and energetic. He is the best manager I have ever met.
Albion house located at perfect place which is just 2 mins walk from business school and 8 mins walk from Newcastle University. Value for money, spacious property as well as friendly and supportive manager. Property is near to eldon square and city centre. Metro station is 3 mins walk from albion house. Which makes this accommodation the best place to live.
Management of the accommodation is excellent, any issues can be resolved quickly by Mark. Fantastic area of Newcastle as you have everything you need as a student in walking distance e.g. university, shops etc

Everything is fine and fantastic in this accommodation from management to the connection with every single needs for students such as university campus, market, park, city center and etc. I completely enjoyed in this property and I encourage students to rent it as soon as possible.
It's 5 minutes away from the business school with a good street view and quiet geographical location, 5 minutes away from the city centre. The kitchen and indoor space are very bright, the windows are very large, and the heating supply is sufficient. The kitchen washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer, kettle, oven, microwave oven, etc. are all complete and free. The windows are very bright and the lighting is good! ! Mark is also very warm to every tenants and here to help！
An excellent place to be in. Very close to Newcastle Business school and Newcaslte university. The management is very good especially Mark (Marvelous Mark) who is jolly and very nice person who encourages you, Motivates you and always have smile when he sees u and a good start to the day. The management takes care of all the needs (Hygiene, Health). Free coffees and Tea available. The management host parties and social activities for students to feel comfortable and perfect homely environment for expats. The rooms and common areas are decent and have enough space to keep our belongings. The Accomodation is monitored by CCTVs which gives sense of safety for us when we are not around. Overall a very decent place and value for money as compared to other accommodations near by.
The place, its Hospitality and its Maintainance are fantastic!! I am having a great time living here and “Mark” is just the cherry on the Cake, quick resolutions, speedy responses and a positive atmosphere! What else do you need when you have a cheerful and caring -”#Marvelous Mark” in the house..?!!
