great craic. always clean but wish there was another entrance for c block and that the gym was a bit better.

I’ve loved living at Quay Point since I moved in September 2022, it’s very clean the staff are incredibly useful and are always willing to help and are also very polite. The maintenance team are very responsive and helpful when issues are raised and they are solved quickly. The location is great and has everything in a mile radius of the building. However, the social areas are not accessible as the common room that is advertised on the website when purchasing the property isn’t available and is unclear. Otherwise, I have recommended this accommodation to other people who have now booked their room for next year and I have loved being here as it is very safe and secure with a lovely environment created by staff.

Great location if you want to be out of the busy areas but still want to be near the centre and near the universities. Great 24hr security and maintenance so if anything goes wrong or if you are worried about something they will always be there to help you out.
Really good accommodation, chose to stay here again next year. Security also really good, always came when needed

Great rooms for a great price without anything lacking in particular.
Room and kitchen was clean when we moved in. Staff and nice and friendly. Only issue is laundry room where most of washers and dryers don’t work and people can very easily steal clothes from them without consequences.
Canny modern kitchen and decent sized rooms
The location is perfect for university and has nice views over the city. The kitchen is also nice and spacious.
Staying in a premium room which is very good value for money , love having the mini fridge allows for more space in the normal fridge

Great place to stay and close to uni.
Great experience so far, good way to meet new people and make friends, the facilities are good, fire alam is tested every week to ensure we are all safe, overall would recommend to a friend.
Ideal location and great quality for money
Wi-Fi is absolutely abysmal and Ethernet cables are not working. Don’t get me started on the water pressure for the showers. Water pressure is very bad and low.
The rooms are a great size with lovely en suites, kitchen has everything you need, really nice to socialise in, the staff are very approachable

It has been an excellent experience living at quay point. The location is a fantastic spot to be able to travel where i need to quickly. I'd recommend this to any student struggling to find somewhere to live as I believe it is one of the best accommodations in the city.

Prime location for university and to centre newcastle, internet is top tier so can always do work when needed to no matter the time and rent is cheap compared to other places near its location

The facilities are great however, the common room is used as storage which doesn’t over the opportunity to be social however any maintenance problems that occur are solved quickly and correctly.

Quay Point is a great place to stay due to its central location in the city and it’s fixed prices meaning that you do not have to worry about changing utility costs

Decent accom, great staff, great rooms, only minor issues were that room wasn't the cleanest when I moved in, and location for Newcastle Uni could be better, is good location for Northumbria Uni though!
I would highly recommend Quay Point to any student in Newcastle due to the accessibility and convenience of location and also the value for money the accommodation is. All staff is very friendly and helpful

Overall quay point is a great place to live, its close to the city centre and only a short walk from Northumbria Uni. It has been a great place to meet new people, despite not having many social spaces. However the reception are extremely helpful in any problems you have.
Staff are always attentive when needed for noise complaints and room was clean when i moved in.

Perfect location for Northumbria uni and a brilliant room layout. Flatmates are lovely and there’s enough space for kitchen essentials. Lots of under bed storage and wardrobe space which allows everything to be put away neatly. Circuit laundry sometimes doesn’t work which is the only downside about Quay Point.
There's no common area to hang out in, only the outdoor one but that's only a few seats. It's a good affordable accomodation but could be better.

This is my second year staying at Quay Point and I love it. It’s in the perfect location in the city and the social life here is great! The staff are always there when you need them and they are very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and there is a lot of storage, if you need it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location close to city centre for night life and university campus, laundry can be quite expensive and sometimes WiFi can dip out at inconvenient times, staff are always friendly and maintenance issues resolved quickly without any bother. Overall, a pretty good place to stay I'd recommend

I lived there last year also, so quay point is very reliable and has a great living space which is worth the price! It is so close to Northumbria university, and even Newcastle so it’s perfect for all students. Right next to town and the Quayside, so nothing is ever too far. And it has an modern feel to it in the bedrooms, which most accommodations do not have!

Really close to northumbria main campus and city centre. Good to have corner shop and takeaway opposite. Everyone is friendly and good value for money.

As a student of Northumbria university, I love how close and safe this accommodation is. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is nice with lots of storage for food/ kitchen appliances etc.
