Right in the heart of the city centre, Albert Court boasts a fantastic location for students in Liverpool. It’s popular with Liverpool John Moores and University of Liverpool students as well as student nurses at Royal Liverpool University Hospital, as all the institutes are an easy walk from the residence.

Hello there. We only have a Bronze En-suite room which includes a single bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. It offers a private en-suite bathroom as well as a shared kitchen with a lounge and dining area.

Hello there. Thank you for your query. We have high speed Wi-Fi throughout all of your flat, including your bedroom as well as the whole building, study and social spaces. This is provided free of charge via ASK4 network. What’s more, we provide a wired and Wi-Fi internet service, which ranges from 20mb to 100mb for the Wi-Fi service, and up to 200mb for the wired service.

Overall a very good student accommodation. What I appreciate the most is that staff has genuine commitment and care for their jobs. Day and night staff both pay great detail to what students need or the problems what they might have. All problems solved with efficiency and fairness. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always go above and beyond. Kieran and Lindsay are great managers. The rooms are a great size, I wish the bathroom was a little better, specifically the shower, water sprays out from under the curtain and soaks everything. The kitchens are spacious but some of the amenities aren’t perfect. Iron isn’t great, and the replacement was the same. Kettle leaks a little but everything else works well. The location is good, wifi is a bit spotty every so often it stops and then starts a few minutes later but overall nothing bad. Albert court is a great place for students that I recommend to others. However, as the prices are going up, I am going somewhere else next year that has more amenities, and is closer to town and university because the pricing isn’t that different now.

The best accommodation in the entire Liverpool. SUPERBB staff is very friendly. Also, the amenities here are value for money overall a very good place for a student to live.

I love this accomodation it's a little pricey but worth it, I feel safe and it's a nice flat and the staff and people living here are lovely. Particularly Kieran has made it feel like home and a caretaker and lady behind the desk unfortunately I don't know their names. A little something to make this and any accomodation more comfortable for LGBT+ students would be when putting your details in the system if you were asked for your pronouns? I've been here over a year and only now did Keiran find out I was trans and it would be nice to have been able to disclose this more subtly and from the beginning

Perfect location as a John moores student, everything within a 20 min walk as well as train station 5 minutes away. All staff are easy to speak to and are very helpful.

Albert court has been a great place to stay in first year, it is a walking distance from town and uni campus. From the welcoming staff at the door to the friends I got to meet in different blocks I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Have stayed here for three years. Can hands down say with my time in Liverpool no other accommodation competes, the staff have been so accommodating and been there for me through so many ups and downs, they have almost became family. The social events the accommodation put on are so fun. The place also has a gym which is an added bonus, not far from the train station, bus stops and centre of the city, about 5 minutes from all closest universities too. Amazing place can’t recommend more!

I’ve gave this place 5 stars all round. The value for my bronze room is well worth it and I’m a 5 minute walk to UoL. There’s always refreshments and snacks downstairs and most importantly unlimited tea and coffee so I’m well chuffed. Would highly recommend for undergraduates or postgrads like me. P.S PlayStation, pool can’t go wrong.

I really recommend Albert Court, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is a good size. The staff are amazing, if you have a problem they are always welcome to help you and fix the problem. The wifi is also amazing and fast, and the location is so convenient as there is a lidl right across.

Albert court is a great place to stay. Really close to the university campus and since being here for over a year now decided to stay for third year. It’s very clean and has great social spaces with lots of great people.

Albert Court is an amazing place to stay; with extremely friendly and helpful staff always on hand, social areas with plenty of things to do, high quality facilities, and spacious rooms/living areas

Moved here in September, worst decision I've made. They gave me a room in which the heating did not work and it took a whole month for them to finally solve the issue, which was just replacing the heater. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work and has not been solved, therefore mold started to show up. I had to move flats due to my flatmates being extremely loud and not being able to sleep properly, the walls are really thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Rooms are not cleaned before you move in, spiders everywhere. When I told reception about the cleaning, they said ' there's not much we can do about this', as if it's normal to pay thousands of pounds for a place in which there's no maintenance even though they clearly advertise it. Also, the bathroom lights in my new room do not work. I am really fed up with this and had to write this. Waste of money and time, an unpleasing experience, do not recommend at all, can't wait to move out.
Location is good and near all the main universities in liverpool. Manager is very kind, most of the staff are very kind. Had a problem with one roommate but the manger solved it very fairly and ideally. Gym is good. The people giving 1 star reviews are just salty and infantile, they had to pay their final term because of covid despite moving out. I can understand from a business perspective why they require payments that are agreed on and setup far before in advance.
Honestly an awful experience for the time I was there with terrible facilities and now they expect everyone to pay for rent even after leaving during a pandemic. Avoid at all costs, recommend going elsewhere.
DONT STAY HERE!!! awful wifi, none of the doors lock properly and they excpect us to pay rent during a global pandemic !!! don’t care about students AT ALL!!!
While i stayed there the wifi was awful, everything else was okay although they expect us to pay our rent instalment during a global pandemic. STAY AWAY!!!! They clearly don’t care about the people living here.
Came here for the year of 2017. Honestly I am nothing but disappointed. The flatmates I was placed with were horrendous to me for the whole year, and when I asked to move, I was shown several rooms, most smelling of cigarette smoke and a few containing actual cigarette butts in the drawers. The reception staff are lovely but the overall administration gave me a bad experience here. Although there is sense of bragging about recycling at this halls, they don't even provide recycling bins inside the accomodation. Our kitchen itself was grimy, with the sealant in the worktops rotting away as well as our cupboard under the sink rotting due to a leak in the piping. My room was the same when I moved in, the shower was grimy and coated in pink human fat as well as mold in the sealant. Trust me, do not come here.

what a bad choice i made in staying here, its not worth the amount of money i paid to stay there the management werent great often not plesant and since i have left any experience i have had with them has been terrible especially with help of moving out and depoist, I urge anyone to not stay here!!

Common room is very small and out dated no one really uses it. Arrived at the flat someone was sleeping in my room and the flat it's self was not clean and had many maintainance issues

Totally disaster. You will never fall asleep before 3:00am everyday here. It is noisy both in the courtyard and outside. And the apartment has no sound insulation at all. You could here everything your roommates doing. To be honest I won't stay here even it is free of charge. Anyone want to choose here I suggest you to visit here at night first...

CLV is good for a student who is looking for a social experience in halls, everyone typically gets along. However, I believe it is extremely over priced for what it is. I have also struggled with management in terms of issues with my room. It took them four months to fix my extractor fan after repeatedly asking. Absolute joke. I think CLV needs a revamp for it to be worth the money they are charging.
It has what you need but it becomes boring and tedious after a while
overall a good accommodation for first year students however the small common room and horrendous ventilation throughout the building can be an issue. especially the smoke alarms being placed practically next to the oven meaning putting anything in there to cook can set it off regardless of how careful you are. all things considering though i would recommend this to first years.
The location is good, only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and most campuses. Staff are okay, usually. The rooms are adequate, if overpriced. But the constant maintenance checks and loss of internet due to "maintenance" can be a little annoying. Oh and that time we had no water for an hour? That was fun, considering I was in the middle of shampooing my hair. There are hick ups, and getting a replacement fridge when ours broke, but overall it's not too bad.
