Best uni in the world for arts, so many facilities and the expertise of the teachers is incredible. Perfect place for the budding artist
there are some good facilities and services but you need to remember to go find and use them
AMAZING, I'm having so much fun.
New building is amazing with everything you need all in one place. I don't feel as though clubs and societies as promoted and encouraged enough.
It’s quite good for the course. But needs more help in trying to help students with finance and to find jobs
i have enjoyed the first few weeks, even though i have not yet used many facilities, it is clear that we have a wide and accessible range. i am excited to have inductions and start using these
Amazing experience so far! UAL is my dream uni and so far everything in terms of learning experience, facilities, faculty supper and lecturer support has been great!
I study at LCC and the campus is lovely. I like the library the best, always with seats available and great support from the library staff. There are also a lot of seats in the cafe and canteen.
I think the college has a lot of useful facility but really need to motivate yourself to experience them all
You are really given the space to expand your creative practice at UAL, you are given some great opportunities
I have only attended for 2 weeks, but so far has been really enjoyable. Teachers are great and super welcoming and the facilities are amazing! Love the beautiful campus and excited to continue my studies!
I like the campus and the facilities are very well maintained. Could use better Wi-Fi and more social spaces
Pretty cool place to do student exchange!
We have just moved to our new campus. It is exciting to use the new facilities and building. I have been using the career service for a bit over a year now. The team was amazing. I have developed several new skills and understanding of the UK working environment due to their support.
I am at the Central Saint Martin’s campus at King’s Cross. It is centrally located and very easy to reach by both bus and tube. The campus itself are in large and has a lot of space. Unlike the other UAL buildings, it has a lot of visual open space as well as a lot of students from different backgrounds. The canteen lunch at student rates which are both healthy as well as tasty.
Big vibrant community lots of opportunities
I'm having the best experience at university (Camberwell, UAL). The facilities are all I can wish for. I especially use the darkroom, the foundry, the metal workshop and digital print. The tutors are very engaging and encouraging.
Love the area and the building however I have never got any service and lots of time the wifi is very slow as well.
We recently have a new campus at LCF and the only issue I have is the open spaces can become quiet noisy, especially when you're in a class in one and there are people walking past.
The campus that I’m on has been great recently had work done.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at UAL and learned a lot for sure
Wifi speed is great. Well organized
Aesthetically appealing campus. Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. A lot of freedom
I wish lcc had a better campus other than that 10/10 :)
staff are so helpful and students are really friendly
Some courses and workshops are hard to find but once you found the way to access the workshops it‘s great
It's a really nice location with good facilities.
I love LCC for the facilities it provides its students and the opportunities we get to explore while studying.
The Camberwell campus is great. There’s amazing facilities for the art industry
Spanning several campuses across London, UAL is the world renowned university for Art and Design. Central Saint Martins, one of the six colleges, is situated in the international hub of King’s Cross and its campus at Granary Square serves as its centre-piece. While campus and facilities may be outstanding, it’s still up for decisions whether it’s support and learning is at the same par. Having only been on campus for 3 weeks; we have witnessed both learning staff and cleaners strikes that outline UAL management’s poor handling of the wellbeing and needs of their staff, which ultimately has an effect on the study body and its ability to achieve their potential.
I'm currently studying at London College Communication under UAL and the campus is vast and beautifully maintained. The workshop faculties are top-notch, allowing students to gain practical skills. Moreover, the faculty and staff are incredibly supportive, always ready to assist and guide us.
In general good facilities and workshops.
Not enough studio space, they definitely over enrolled students. More scholarships based on merit should be available to international students
Modern social spaces Clean place Sometimes issues with washers Issues with Wifi connecting with to TV Sometimes issues with door key cards
A great university, however my course could do with a bit of a revamp as I don’t feel like I’ve learned much over my 4 years here.
My tutors are always nice and helpful and I can rely on them if I have any help, whether it is for my studies or personal conflicts. It has a large range of facilities that I can use to ensure the best experience possible.
Great range of facilities, courses and societies.
I’ve had mixed experiences in this university, which is sometimes hard to distinguish from personal or university experience. I am grateful for the opportunity of being in london and meeting so many colourful people, however it felt like the university opportunity was somewhat lacking.
Good facilities, would be good if there was a gym. Having access to multiple campuses is really helpful. Teachers are lovely too.
Experience is very inconsistent, among courses, tutors, campuses, and course rooms. Kind of luck based whether or not you get a good semester
I have only been in uni for a couple of weeks, so I can't rate every category as I have yet to go experience them, but so far it's been ok.
Wish there was more teaching than workshops
Really nice place. Love the opportunities:))
really good library and supportive library staff
nothing to complain about but could be done bette in many cases
Still have to discover the university but for the moment I’m very happy
Cosy and clean spaces, especially love the cafeteria. New food choices every day and they're of quality standard. Multiple studios and workshops for students within the school. Great library as well!
The facilities are nice, and I tried many printing techniques that I had never experienced. However, lots of students book the slots for the special printing room but do not come. Or they book all slots first and just come to one of them. It is not fair.
good,I really enjoy it, I hope to join all interesting club in our school
The location of the campus is great for creatives and is well connected. The teaching staff and technical staff are good and very helpful.
Good uni for independent research, can feel disorganised at times.
Great uni with a great campuses.
It would be nice to have more socials
Amazing uni, it still is the place to be
I have just started my course and as an international student, I am quite satisfied with the club's, societies, student unions, etc so far.
being at the central saint martins campus , we are lucky compared to other cal campuses in that we have a well resourced library etc. the building is extremely cold in the winter and as I have a long-term health condition it can actually make it difficult to get in. also for some reason there is no map of the building which is easily accessible from the website. often
I love CSM, the teachers are amazing and it’s such a lovely atmosphere and vibe. Whenever I’m in I feel inspired !
London College of Communication (LCC) is part of UAL in Elephant & Castle. It is easy to get to, on many bus routes, the Northern and Bakerloo lines, and Thameslink. The campus is built in a strong 1960s brutalist style that has been tastefully modernised in the majority, a variety of courses are on offer, though Graphic & Media Design (GMD) is by far the biggest of them. Lecturers are friendly and genuine, and communication is good with frequent email updates. As with any arts university, the student body is varied and colourful, you'll find groups of everybody here and have no problem making friends. The pace of the GMD course can be a little intimidating, but as they focus more on the process rather than the final outcome it's something that you can get comfortable with in time and with dedication. The Tower Block has open spaces to study and relax, the GMD space takes up the entirety of the 6th floor which offers good views of the surrounding area and a warm, relaxed environment.
UAL is amazing the staff are amazingly helpfull the building is beautiful and the ability to help individuals create meaning through art is beautiful. There are tons and tons of societies to join wether you want to join a religious society or a film society.
UAL provides a great environment for creatives and offers wonderful events throughout the year - access to all campuses is a huge bonus
Totally racist school, most LCC workshop teachers and school tutors treat white students and other races with different attitudes. Pretending to be a diverse school when in reality most of the workshops and tutors are white, are white people the only ones with better taste in art? I'm tired of hearing white tutors talk about BLAM in the class so often, it's too disgusting. It is also not disability-friendly; the staff will try to drag your request along as slowly as they can since they only have to deal with it within 3 months according to the rules. There are a lot of students with disabilities whose issues are delayed over and over again. The school has a fund for the disabled, but it is unlikely you can successfully apply for it. If you want a pure, happy, and diverse art life, do not come; this school can only give you depression. UAL, PLEASE STOP USING MINORITY GROUPS AS YOUR DECORATIONS IF YOU DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT PRETENDING!
I wasn’t studying here I was interning here and i loved it!!!!! It was an awesome experience.
A great campus in a great location teaching in an engaging way
No comment. The only i can share is RUN!
Good facilities and technicians who go out of their way to help you
You’re paying for the name and the confidence to find your own work and skills rather than being taught. Work load is insane
Had the most amazing start to my MA at LCC. Amazing facilities and the teaching has been outstanding. Can't wait to continue with my course.
I’m having a great time at university and I hope my second year is even better
Great for art students. Good exposure
ual is my dream school. I really like it here. It is very free here, and the teachers and classmates are very nice. The school also provides us with a lot of learning resources.
Good learning rhythm, good learning environment, professional courses with appropriate difficulty
Really joy that I have such great time with my tutor and classmate, to be honest I'm not a social guy who coming abroad with my own friends but it just can quickly get me into the school atmosphere.
The campus and facilities of this university are brilliant and fascinating.I really hope that I can learn more things during the period of time in the school.
It's not a very good place to go to uni to be honest
Currently lcf is spread across London so next year community will be much easier
Wide diversity of people and some tutors are very nice
UAL is a good university. I have enjoyed my time here so far. I wish that there was more time to balance my working life outside of uni as it is extremely difficult to have uji 4-5 days a week, go to work, do my uni work, etc
Love the teachers and the work environments provided as well as the atmosphere
Experience overall good, loads could be improved but I guess that’s what the new building is for but I would have graduated by 5en
Great uni, I’ve learned a lot.
i’m at wimbledon and it’s calm
The school provides a lot of facilities and equipment for students to use, which I really like. There are also many free workshops for students to develop their skills. The teachers and staff are very friendly and willing to help you with your problems.
Good university, good staff and good facilities
i like my couse but my classmates are not inspired enough, also wimbledon is really far:(
i love UAL sooooooooooooooooooooo much
Great uni for studying anything in the arts. Facilities are amazing and each have specialised staff you can ask guidance for. Only thing I have to complain about is the lack of diversity in the teaching body and that discussions outside the 'norm' I.e. White perspectives are difficult for the staff to wrap their heads around. Would like to connect with my tutors but often times they only really connect with the other white students.
The great citadel of learning!
Central St Martins is the perfect and Brilliant Uni
Lots of social opportunities offered to students
A good place to learn art courses. mass freedom in the courses.
nice place perfect great facilities
I'm havig my second year as BA student, overall experience has been good.
Camberwell is so different from other campuses that students pay the same tuition fees as other campuses.
LCF campuses are not good enough. Teachers are good but there is no support for mental health issues.
Good learning experience overall. UAL has its problems but I am quite happy at Camberwell college.
Career guidance is not enough. It may be that the salary is not enough to cause many tutors to leave their jobs. My friend of another major can't find a qualified professional tutor.
One of the best art universities in the world
Campus is nice! People are nice!
Good place to studt fine art. Very good facilities and tutors and also students.
good, UAL is trying to give students best service, tutors are friendly, environment is nice, facility is good... etc
