Stratford One is fifteen minutes from Stratford Station to central London on the Jubilee line. On its doorstep is the West field shopping centre. The building boasts beautiful views of London Stadium and Olympic Park from its many roof terraces or its bookable sky lounge.

I had the pleasure of staying at Unite Stratford, London East, and it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. This student accommodation is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. The location is fantastic in the area of Stratford, with easy access to major universities and colleges in London. The proximity to Stratford Station ensures excellent connectivity to the entire city. The on-suite room is spacious enough, modern, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable living and study environment. High-speed Wi-Fi, well-maintained communal areas, and a friendly, supportive staff. Additionally, being close to Westfield Stratford City offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Unite Stratford, London East, truly provides a home away from home for students.

Well if i could sum up my stay at Stratford one i would have to say its been ups and downs. The ups are the incredible staff that make you feel welcome and home, especially Daniel. the downs unfortunately is that the maintenance leave some to be desired,

The accomodation has been really fantastic. The staff makes me feel special and welcomed as an international student. Mr Lulu especially has been very kind, welcoming, and comforting. Overall, accomodation experience has been really amazing.

spotty wifi small rooms & every block had something broken friendly staff/good reception can’t really do laundry could use a larger gym restock the vending machine properly if you’re gonna price gouge less rodents would be appreciated

I chose S1 for my first year, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the building. It's situated right next to Westfield Shopping Centre and within walking distance of the nearest Superstore and other shops. Alongside this, it's also placed next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which is a lovely area for exercise. Combined with the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff (Notably Dan and Lalu), Stratford One is a perfect choice for any student looking to move to a new city.

everything is good nice location good social spaces and the staff are amazing especially lalu and sami. the cleaning could be better but all in all 8/10 would live here again

the building is situated in the center of london close to all things the staff are amazing david on the night team and lalu and patrycja on the day team are excellent. the building maintanence may be not the best but the staff make it that much better to live here despite anything else

Living at Stratford One was very enjoyable and comfy, the staff were always extremely friendly and kind. Some of the names I would like to mention are Lalu, Dan, and Patrycja who particularly shined more than anyone else! I do think however charging students in the next year going forward (2024-2025) £300+ a week is a bad mistake and will make people who aren't as fortunate like me have to move elsewhere.

Members of the reception team are mostly very helpful and kind people. One thing the administration was bad at was handling my flatmate who left the kitchen dirty despite us cleaning it up. They were not able to warn him or fine him or do anything else to stop him despite all of us telling them that he was leaving the kitchen dirty and leaving his rubbish there. There should be a way for the administration to stop people from stealing others' food and leaving the kitchen dirty.

Honstly love this place it may not be the most amazing place in the world but the staff are on point I feel very safe here with David and his team on security. The maintenance regarding lifts and other spaces coukd be better but overall brilliant place, very convenient too.
Stratford one is a great place to live in an excellent location. The reception and night staff are excellent. Dan and David are especially amazing. They’re both extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Both Dan and David always help to fix any problems and make the building a better place. Stratford one would not be the same without them.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience at Stratford One. From the moment I moved in, the service has been outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, and the community atmosphere is both welcoming and vibrant. A special mention must go to Dan, who has been the most supportive and helpful staff member. His dedication to ensuring residents have a comfortable and enjoyable stay is truly commendable. Dan consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns and provide assistance, making him an invaluable part of the team. He truly deserves the highest accolades for his exceptional service. I highly recommend Stratford One to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live. The combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff like Dan and the rest of the team such as the new and exciting addition to the team, Olaluwa, and Patrycja makes it a much better place to be, as well as constantly providing warmth and character to our reception.

I live in Stratford One which is on the east side of London. The location is great, is convenient for me to go to the mall for groceries with a short walk. However, the management part of this accommodation is poorly done. The staff came to my room without prior notice and stole all my cash. Very often to see the silverfish in the room with a lack of hygiene. The staff wanted the good view desperately and asked the students to fill out the 5-star review for them, in order for them to get a discount voucher. In my case, they took my phone and submitted the full star form by themselves under my account without my consent. The experience in general of living in this accommodation is just disappointing and feel very unsafe and need to be very cautious about pretesting my own belongings.
Stratford One has been a great experience so far, and it's right next to Westfield which is perfect for shopping for food and anything else. It's also around a five minute walk to my university (LCF) which is really handy. The only thing is the ongoing issue with silverfish in people's flats, and now a few people have apparently had bedbugs, but I trust that the building staff are getting it all sorted out.

Stratford One is a flat with an excellent location. Sitting next to the Westfield so you can buy almost everthing you need for your accomadation from there. It is close to the station so it's convient to get on the tube. Stratford One also near to many parks where you can relax and have a picnic with your friends and flatmates!
The accommodation has a myriad of issues that should not be there in the first place (ex: flooding, silverfish, etc.). Management has failed to inform residents of the actions it is taking, showcasing a lack of responsibility and embarrassing treatment of us paying residents. I have been lucky enough to have some great flatmates, but the issues in the building itself and the building's lack of communication are honestly unacceptable.
Bedbugs and leaks. Only has one maintenance man so problems are never fixed. The building works in theory but just needs a bigger management team because the problems are never fixed
Good access to amenities and close to uni campus and shops, though there is no post office or takeaway closeby
Great locality and the management are super friendly.
Perfect for 1st year. Room wasn’t left in the best condition but easy fixes. Social spaces are brilliant and perfect distance from LCF.

Lon and Adil are great. I have lived here for the past 2 years and they have been a great help. They have got great communication and management skills and are always keen to make students live a lot easier. Abdul is great too at security.

All in all the place is great value for money and location is prime. Lots of stores are across the street such as Pret, Sainsbury's, Starbucks etc. the view from the skyroom, social spaces, rooms and the location make it worthwhile. staff is really nice, especially Lon and Abdul, Adil since day one has been nothing but kind to me. I would definitely recommend this Accomodation.

Stratford one is a friendly place to live. Everyone is helpful across the team. Lucy, agne, ben, lon, adil, Patrycja, abi, luthier and raadhiya are all great people.

Overall the accommodation is very nice, comfortable and welcoming. Especially for the receptionists, Lon and Patrycja, who are very dedicating to help every students with issues around the accommodations. I especially like the new study room as well, it provides a very quiet and comfortable space for studying with others.

David and Abdul are an absolute pleasure to talk to, always respectful and make the experience of living here the best it could be. The daytime staff are generally grumpy most of the time and seem like they can’t be bothered to deal with everything most of the time and have very little respect for residents living here. The rent is really high for tiny rooms and shared kitchens with not enough space and the social areas are not managed well with people leaving rubbish laying around and people claiming spaces when not in them. Everybody living here are university students but act like the occasional party is a crime. Overall, i like living here, surrounded by good facilities, however it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. The only enjoyable part is the social situation and the security men, David and Abdul who ensure we’re constantly having a good time, making sure we’re healthy and happy and always with a smile.
Im mostly awake and moving late at night. I see David and Abdul often and they sort all my problems, help me with stuff and genuinely make a night person like me not feel lonely. They give more time to us residents than they need to

Absolutely appalling. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are always uninhabitably hot and there is no way to cool them, the noise from the courtyard is insane even into the early hours and the secondhand smoke is everywhere. I mean. Everywhere. Your room will smell of weed half the time for which the staff will say that they can’t find the source, they don’t care that the smokers outside manage to make your room stink of cigarette smoke (and I am 3 floors up). This place is an actively dangerous place to stay if you have asthma as the size of the room sets it off with the window shut, and the smoke sets it off with the window open. I would give it minus stars if I could. Do not live here if at all possible.
