No complaints, the uni is good
Wifi is good, but is sometimes not working.
Extremely knowledgeable staff and tutors, easily approachable and over all have made my experience as a mature student a great experience.
The students on campus are really friendly and I've noticed a lot of different interests represented through the societies and clubs the school offers. Unfortunately, the art school CSAD greatly lacks funding, so lots of the art students have to bring their own supplies since the only real thing the studios have in abundance is paper. I only wish CSAD was taken more seriously.
i’m in my first year and so far the uni has been great, the facilities available are very good and the students and teachers are all very welcoming
Cardiff Met is a great place. It has everything you need on site. Not to mention the salad bar is just delightful, and so affordable. The facilities are all clean.
Cardiff Metropolitan is a wonderful choice for prospective students. Landlaff campus is known for its great contribution towards sustainability and Cyncoed campus has top facilties for its sports majors and societies! Landlaff has an average of 3+ canteens/cafes where students and staff can go and socialise or continue with their work. Cardiff metropolitan promotes a really nice acdemic atmosphere! Although, the societies are a bit dire. Hopefully they can add more unique ones within the next couple years I'm there! The student union and student ambassadors are wonderful people who are very friendly and approachable, they have answers to most campus based questions!
honestly the best uni, couldn't fault anything, tidy.
Cardiff Met has been such a great place to study, especially for business and marketing. The course feels really practical, with a lot of focus on real-world applications and projects that actually prepare you for working in the industry. The lecturers are supportive, and you can tell they really care about helping us succeed, not just academically but in terms of our careers too. The facilities are modern, and the campus has such a welcoming vibe. it’s easy to feel comfortable here. Plus, being in Cardiff is a big bonus; it’s such a vibrant city with loads of opportunities for networking and experiencing business in a real-world setting. Now that I’m in my final year, it feels like everything’s coming together, and I can really see how this experience is setting me up for life after graduation. The careers team especially has helped me land a job after university at enterprise which I am really looking forward to doing. What I’ve really loved about Cardiff Met is how focused it is on
