Nice university and everythings safe around here! Not super crowded so perfext space for studying’n Canteen is also nice and clean and staff are very nice. I would recommend Demontfort University to other students.
Lecturers from my department are helpful, understanding and good at teaching. Library has a surplus of books. Vjay Patel building is one of the best.

Good facilities and good teaching
I have had the most incredible university experience here. All of my lecturers, and staff I encountered in general, were fantastic. The campus is spacious and very clean. My only regret is not joining any clubs or societies. I simply didn't think I would have the time, but I have many memories of making friends and chatting by the benches after our lessons. I highly, highly recommend this university.
Very amazing life changing experience
The campus is modern. It has plenty of areas to study. While the internet could be better it works and can be used by students to search the internet. There are plenty of different clubs and things to do.
The room was lovely and the staff were more then friendly
It is good university in leicester. I got lots of opportunities to improve my education as well as careers. Along with that I got an opportunity to interact with good lectures as well as various people and students with different cultures. So it really help to face many problems a well as situations which I faced during my studies. Along with that I got a good friendship circle soit really improve my interaction with my friends.
I loved living in De Montfort University's on-campus accommodation. The facilities were exceptional, with modern furnishings and plenty of space for studying and relaxing. The location was great, and safety was a top priority with security personnel and CCTV cameras. The community was strong, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was worth the investment for a convenient and enriching university experience.

The dmu is very good and the career teams did a great job
Mr Khurram is the best security guard that I have ever interacted in Leicester. He’s always so supportive and nice to me, I believe my Merlin experience wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Very good, the university is great and the staff were nice aswell
although its a good review, there are things to be improved especially other services provided for students and employees alike. for example DMU healthy, Counselling services both for desperate students and overworked counsellors.
Great campus but always had some sort of disruption to learning during my time there. The careers team are nice and friendly.

Great uni lots of support for students
Has an active student union and great career help advisors. Libraries located closely within accommodation and university. As an architect student great facilities in the Vijay Patel building.

Definate state of the art facilities for design courses - vijay Patel being a well-equipped space for coursework & studying Internet / WiFi is of a decent reliable standard Careers service offer significant benefits for ant courses of DMU students, especially with finding work, part tiem jobs & in-industry years
Although I am leaving campus is nice, my lectures were lovely, however they don’t have a choir which is what I came here to do and my course wasn’t what I wanted
Great university. It is very diverse and accepting. There are gender neutral toilets and if you prefer to go by another name but haven't changed it legally for whatever reason, they can put a note on the system so they use your preferred name in most situations. Have been very helpful when talking about my disabilities especially in relation to my education.

The DMU campus itself has a good layout and there’s plenty of space to get on with work. There’s also east access to other parts of Leicester. The structure of courses is in 4 blocks (x7 weeks of teaching for each block) which is intense but different. Staff are interesting and approachable.
The uni itself is brill and has really good facilities and lots of clubs to be able to join, there’s loads of study places and hub areas in all buildings

I didn’t really engage much with the uni but from what I have seen it’s a great uni. They’re really good at supporting entrepreneurs with regular pop up fairs you can sell your products in and support for small business owners.
Gorgeous campus, way to navigate, supportive lecturers
It’s actually a pretty good school with most of the facilities to benefit from. Social aspect is a bit daunting as most people there already have groups and people that they talk to. I am very lucky to have found my group of friends but definitely requires a lot of effort to find genuine friends, that’s all I’m gonna say. Modules timeline is a bit weird as they cramp the final assignments all together, like why.. other than that it’s a great school, beautiful library and campus views.

DMU is an amazing university to attend because most of the buildings are all next to one another and it’s easy finding where your building is due to the directions that’s located throughout campus. The food village is good for early breakfast and cheap and quick meals throughout the day. The teachers are very helpful with your coursework too.
It has been a great experience studying at DMU. The administration and faculty are very helpful and the campus is beautiful
