Every issue I have had has been resolved extremely quickly and with a smile. This building is also in an incredible location, everything including city centre is walkable! Why do you allow students go out in the nights at 11.30 pm and middle of the night? Where as we parents trusted you and rented the place expecting safety of my child .Where as they are roaming anytime in the night which is not safe.

Cleaning service provided by Christian is amazing!
It’s wonderful to know that Christian cleaning efforts are making a positive impact.
Power issues lack of power in room without card, strict rules on what you can bring and cant. Invasion of privacy anyone can check your room anytime. Rooms are cleaned every other week which is fine but not enough for the money. 10 pound fee for new card is absurd. Horrible stove and toaster power the timer times out everyone one minute making cooking a real chore and time consuming effort. The price is too high and studio rooms lock you in at 51 weeks. employees are the best BASIA , LINDSEY and EMILIA, GAURAV are hardworking and all employees and staff are respectful and deal with alot of bs from some students.

Some ruler breakers need to be warned and further assessments should be adopted as soon as possible.
I understand the importance of maintaining a respectful and compliant environment, and I believe it's crucial to address this issue promptly. I will escalate this matter to the Centre manager for further investigation and to ensure the appropriate measures are taken.
Excellent cleaning service and room cleaning. Staff are friendly and always very helpful. Especially Ayshad Emauel and Pam always super friendly when they come in to clean

A lovely building , with amazing staff , notably , Emilia, the centre manager is excellent , and Christian a good guy , who really goes out his way to assist us student when we need help or any other issue .

Biggest benefit to this accommodation would be the fact that your kitchen is cleaned as well as your rooms. Massive shoutout to Pam, as she is by far the best cleaner. Very friendly and kind woman and always cleans the room to the best she can.

Every time he cleans, the space is left spotless and organized. His attention to detail and consistent efforts to maintain a clean and comfortable environment have made a significant difference in my stay. He is approachable and always willing to go the extra mile, making him an invaluable part of the Study Inn team. Highly recommend his services!

The 24/7 reception is definitely a huge plus, the staff here are friendly and choose to help with problems. The amenities are excellent with a great gym and even a sauna! The rooms are well equipped and there is room to move around, but the bathrooms are relatively cramped. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the school, which is not a difficult walk so so far I think it's acceptable. There are two issues here:One is that the room is not that soundproof, when staying near a suite, a quiet night's rest depends on the quality of the neighbours, which I didn't have the pleasure of doing the other day. The second is that a basic set of everyday items are provided to make moving in smoother, but whether these plus room service are worth the higher price compared to other accommodations of the same size is a decision to be made on your own merits.

Reynard House is amazing, all appliances are included, which makes it super easy for international students to transition! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to all my questions. I love Study Inn Leicester for many reasons. First is the 24 hour on site reception team that is always ready and willing to help. Another is its closeness to both the University of Leicester and the city centre, which makes it convenient.

Unbelievable modern. Excellent facilities. Pretty much a hotel for student. Cleaners everyday and fresh towels and toiletries every fortnight. Receptionist are 10/10, they’re all amazing and so helpful

Dear All, Whoever is planning to think for accommodation here in the Study Inn should think twice. I am staying in this accommodation from September'2022 onwards for a contract period of 113 weeks. I would say it has been such a horrific experience and the worst decision of my life overall. Coming here in the UK as an international student I have paid hefty amount of money for the contract with study Inn so that I would be able to get the best customer satisfaction along with the amenities like gym, sauna, etc. But unfortunately it ain't happening, I have faced/ facing a number of issues like allocating me with a wrong room initially for couple of weeks then later asking me to relocate as If it was my problem. Secondly, all the paid amenities in the contract haven't been provided till now. Also, the building is still in a renovation stage like every other day problems like leaking from the ceiling are very common here. Lastly, regarding my room I have been facing the fan issues.
