amazing university, good value for money
Cardiff university is a great place to study and I have enjoying doing both my undergraduate and masters degree here. It’s great the see the facilities changing and things evolving overtime, but also that the character has remained in lots of its older buildings. It’s a very supportive university, and I’m lucky to have met various lecturers and fellow students along the way. It’s situated a in great city, very affordable and someone that can become a home after completion of degrees.
A great university and a great university experience. Cardiff offers everything that is needed for a student from an academic and social perspective.
Great support, great supervisors, and staff. Great location in Cardiff, the heart of Wales, where it’s one of the most affordable cities in the UK. Also a bunch of nearby parks to enjoy the nature and avoid the hectic life of study and work
I have my best learning and living expereince here. This is a very inclusive University for people of all country.
Great course and the careers service are beneficial. I owe most of my CV to them. They run many events and host workshops that give you skills and experience for your CV. They're also very diverse and host a lot of events for people with disabilities and international students. They are just the best people in the university. I also recommend that students use their Student Futures account. I can't say the same about SU or societies, though. It would be great if they focused on making the SU and Societies more inclusive and the vents more accessible to people with disabilities. There haven't been many opportunities for disabled people to take part in sports, and a lot of venues seem to be designed for the type of students you see on leaflets. There have also been stories about spiking and other things in the club Yplas that the SU seem to perpetuate. Be sure to purchase the best data package because the intranet doesn't always work and is pretty slow.
