My experience has been really smooth so far. The overall environment is comfortable, well-maintained, and makes it easy to focus on both studying and relaxing. A special mention to Najoua, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout. She handled everything with a calm and friendly attitude, making the whole process feel effortless. It’s always reassuring to have someone approachable and efficient when you need assistance. Overall, a very positive experience - would definitely recommend.
