Justice Mill Studios is located a thirteen-minute cycle from Robert Gordon University and within a fourteen-minute cycle from the University of Aberdeen campuses. Residents have easy access to plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, fitness centres, and cafes. The accommodation is also just a ten-minute walk away from Aberdeen train station.

Hi there! We provide the fittings and fixtures (chairs, oven / microwave / grill, integrated fridge freezer, etc.) but we do not provide appliances, cutlery or crockery.

Honestly, when compared to others in the same price range, I’d say JMS is a head ahead of them. It’s quiet and pretty comfy. The good thing is common room is separate from playing room, so no one is gonna disturb you should you study in common room.

Choosing JMS was a perfect decision for me. Situated on Union Street, right in the heart of Aberdeen, it's an ideal location. There are numerous grocery stores nearby, including Tesco and Sainsbury's, which is incredibly convenient. An added bonus is the Justice Mill Wetherspoon, just a few steps away. Aberdeen isn't a large city, meaning most places are within walking distance or just a few minutes away by bus. For instance, I can walk to my uni, UoA, in about half an hour. Another highlight is the staff here; they are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Aberdeen.

It is a great place to start your uni experience as it is located in a great place in the middle of Aberdeen city centre. Close to both RGU and Aberdeen University and it has a close bus stop where you can access within 20 minutes both universities. The accommodation itself an amazing place, the rooms are great and you can change it to your style make it feel like home. The social places within the accommodation gives space to socialise within the accommodation and there are programs when you can meet with people. The staff is friendly and really helpful if you have any problems within your flat.

I think the management for the building are just amazing always going the extra mile to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your temporary home! The social spaces are great for meeting new friends or inviting your friends over, the price is a bit more expensive however with such lovely staff it’s worth it! I think this is a perfect place to stay for your first experience of moving out and stepping into your own independent space!

Justice mill studios is overall a good place to stay. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the gym but it has basic necessities. Kevin is great and I can always rely on him for anything. The most annoying thing has been feeling like I was paying a lot in rent of little amenities for so long.

To be clear, I do love my studio, the building and the staff, those are just the things I believe prospective residents should be aware of. A good, new building located right in the centre (and just ~15 min to RGU in the morning!), and very friendly and helpful staff. I like the interior - modern and simplistic, yet cosy. I have a bronze studio, which is unexpectedly fairly spacious. The furniture is basic, but looks and feels nice, so no complaints on that score. The kitchen is small, yet functional, with two induction hobs, a multi-mode microwave, a small fridge and freezer, and 4 cupboards. The bed size is between single and full double, with a nightlight and two sockets right in the backboard. A bronze studio has plenty of natural light and does not really get cold (there is also an ineffective electric heater, but thankfully I don't actually need it). The only things that somewhat bother me are Circuit (laundry services), the and the organization of storage spaces in the studio
