It was good but not worth the money in terms of rooms, but its the best choice if your located at Guys campus. Despite the rooms being mediocre and it being quite expensive, I’m glad I stayed here as I do believe out of all the Kings Accommodations it is the best considering location, rooms/toilets, social life ect

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Great location and close to my campus.
When you have no hot water and you tell the front desk but no one gives a s*** and it’s 1 degree only today. It is not even the first time and this is the second time within a month time that the hot water tap goes wrong. Very poor service: I just asked if this case can be made urgent since I can’t bath in icy cold water and the people at the front desk just freaking said no.
It is one of the places that you choose because you have nowhere to stay in London, The wifi here is just so bad that I gave up watching videos online that last more than 20 mins. *THE ROOM IS MUCH SMALLER THAN THEY SHOWED IN THE PICTURE. SO CHOOSE WISELY.
Fast Wifi, decent location for going on nights out. Social scene is s****, no one comes out there rooms unless you go to the common room and find someone there.. Cleaners do the basic take out bins and thats it.
poor cleaning, great student atmosphere, excellent security but s*** wifi and hot water barely worked
Super location, social place, easy to socialize with your flatmate as you share a kitchen.
Overall a pretty good hall but lacking a social aspect
Expensive for a £182 a week, repairs can take a while. Cleaner is supposed to clean kitchen once a week, (floor, take bins) walks in and walks out. Located near london bridge so fab really.
This halls isn't social. You cannot sign in guests afters 8:30pm. Rooms basic for the price you pay.
