i cant begin to explain how disgusted I am from this accommodation. it is relatively cheap, yes, but that comes at a huge cost. when I entered, there was a mould in my fridge, Gunk everywhere, unclean flat spaces. this place has a severe mice infestation and literally they eat through things. the bathrooms are BEYOND small and the hallways feel like you're in a jail. i know uni halls need adjusting but this is just out of control. my oven doesn't work and whenever it does there is an electricity flip so we have to contact the electrician. literally everyone in this accommodation has a problem with it. not one flat exists that is satisfied with the accommodation. it is unsanitary, unclean, I'm sure this is a breach of my contract as this is truly disgusting. If I could, id give it a negative rating. DO NOT BOOK HERE PLEASE!
absolutely terrible. firstly, when i chose to live here i was told rent was £185/week, after moving in and paying rent i realised i was paying £212/week which i would have never agreed to but unfortunately my original contract doesn’t seem to exist. secondly, we were promised a cleaner who would come weekly and empty out bins and clean our kitchen. this has only happened a few times and now all claims of a cleaner have been removed from the description and a poster that was once in our kitchen promising this was removed. thirdly, we have a mouse problem which has never been resolved. fourthly, the entire building is just completely disgusting and my room was never properly cleaned for me moving in. there is mould along the skirting and my drawers are also broken. the staff are also really unhelpful. also, we currently have builders and scaffolding all around the building and the builders come early in the morning and make so much noise. basically, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Good value for moneyand for the location
Within this budget, its the best accommodation in terms of its location, environment and other facilities as well
I’ve been living here since late august, my experience so far as been absolutely amazing! Great room, friendly staff and all the shops you could need right across the road. Considering the price isn’t all too high, what you get is brilliant!
This accommodation can satisfy me in every requists
this is mu second year living in the arcade. its a good place to live in, the staff, the management and the services is pretty good, the room are in good condition and problems will be fixed straight after reporting it.
Avoid. No social spaces there. Fire alarm 5 times in a row at 3 a.m. Mice in the rooms and the kitchen. Broken wifi. Cleaning once in a month instead of once in a week as they advertise. Rude staff (though the managers are friendly)
Very friendly staff, however social life was kept to a minimum
Its expensive because your in London
