Get a building that’s not near the river - so you don’t get too many flies during the summer

The way the staff manage the cleaning of the dorm is by knocking on one of the doors randomly and screaming at them, blaming them for everything left unclean in the flat. One of the house cleaners, Nena Agyemang is extremely unprofessional and aggressive towards the female students. I hope that they adopt a new strategy or new staff so that no one ever has to go through this again.
So close to uni but the flies that come off the river and into the flats are a joke
