Pavilion court, is a great place. The location jis perfect especially for students who are not used to the area as they have many outlets and restaurants surrounding it. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming making it easy for any conversations and making the experience more comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone students looking for a great accommodation to stay.

Pavilion Court Biography
Pavilion Court provides residents with contemporary student accommodation ideally located a tube ride from London city centre. You have Wembley Train and Tube Station, UCFBs Wembley Campus, Wembley Park, Wembley Stadium as well as numerous bars, restaurants, shops and pubs all within walking distance. You can reach both the University of Westminster and the University of Middlesex within a forty-five-minute tube ride.
Pavilion Court has a fantastic selection of residents’ events and social spaces for you to enjoy. After a long day, you can choose to unwind in the multimedia room, cinema room, games area, lounge, gym, private dining room or hang out in the courtyard that has a BBQ area and treehouse. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, there is a study room available 24/7, a cycle store, a vending machine and laundry facilities. For added security, there is an on-site residents’ team and CCTV.
When it comes to choosing your room, you have the option of staying in a stylish en suite room or studio. Each room has been purposefully designed and comes furnished with a bed, study space, en suite bathroom and storage space. What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

First accommodation I’m happy with , great location, great management and enough study spaces, laundry facilities and everything is up to student accommodation standards, great on security measures and inspections.
Pavilion court is a great accommodation for students, the environment is great, the facilities are great, you get to meet people for different places it’s a great experience. The staff members are very kind and helpful. You’d definitely have a nice time there.

Pavilion Court is a great place to live as it is right in the heart of Wembley Park. It has great transport connections to Central London. There are many things to do in the area such as eating at Boxpark, shopping at the London Designer Outlet, and watching the football at Wembley Stadium. The accommodation itself has great facilities such as social and study spaces, and a free gym. The staff are very friendly and resolve issues as soon as possible. Overall, I've had a fantastic experience here so far and I would highly recommend to any students who want a great accommodation for a great price!
Expensive but in the heart of Wembley, and you have to chase the managers for them to do their job.

When I moved in, my room was really dirty. There was food on the bed, damp on the walls, urine and pubic hairs on the toilet seat! I had to delay my full move in until they cleaned it. There was a hole in the wall which took over a month for them to repair. There was also a broken shelf in the wardrobe. They failed to return my deposit last year without an explanation. The staff are awful at answering email and telephone enquiries. They just ignore emails and don’t answer telephone calls!
Select residents are allowed to go where they please into staff areas e.g the parcel room. some staff members are disrespectful to residents, especially during cleaning checks and other interactions involving them having power over you. Management has improved since September but quality has declined considerably since 2022/23.

Pavilion court has a deceiving contract. Payments of large sums are required a prior to receiving SFE. The bin room often overflows onto the corridor but the social spaces are nice full of activit and everything is modern. The gym could be better but for it to just be downstairs is so good. It takes too long to get to campus though and there’s constant construction that I wasn’t warned about.

use app for more things like unite. Parcels etc. Scrolling down a doc is long winded. More regular despising of bind. Plan events like initially advertised. Service is awful in rooms and wifi frequently disconnects.

Pavilion court is good for location as there are plenty of shops cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk. The security however are not very good with one that took pictures of students on their personal phones. Rooms are reasonable but be sure to check your kitchen cleaners like to take your food. Good management but residents team are not always friendly
