I would never ever recommend this to anyone. It has truly been the greatest displeasure of my life. Most of my friends would agree so idk where these positive reviews are coming from

Excellent services from reception, patient and detailed. The location is two stations away from UCL, also accessible taking the buses. 3 supermarkets nearby, with one Starbucks and Costa. Easy Life!

The location of the accommodation is ideal! It is within the 2-min walk to the tube station. Three grocery shops surround it, which is convenient for daily shopping. As for the living experience, the staff here are warm-hearted and super nice. I like Snasha! She makes me feel warm to be here with her smiles and greetings. The parcel management is organized. The maintenance is handy. Most of the problems will be fixed within the day. Although, it is not perfect. The acoustic insulation is not good enough as I will be disrupted by the noise from upstairs. However, in terms of property management and location, it is an ideal place to pick up!

The room is quite and clean, the neighborhood looks safe, surrounded by stores for everyday-supplies. The receptionists are kind and nice, helped with my account and parcel reception problems. Good experience living here.
The room is spacious , very light , always warm water to shower and new kitchen!
The stay was good and the front desk staff were very responsible and would help you with any questions you had.
