I appreciate the management team of the property, because of their dedication to ensuring that everything is kept up to scratch with regards to cleanliness and maintenance, as well as handling parcels and mail. It has been a great stay at Elizabeth Croll House, with the only drawback being a lack of airconditioning, which can't be blamed on the management due to the restrictions in zoning and the general lack of airconditioning in the UK. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I would recommend it to students looking for a central location accommodation with less of the raucous crowd commonly found in other university accommodations.

Elizabeth Croll House is conveniently situated in a tranquil area in Zone 1 and within the Courtauld Institute of Art Vernon Square campus. It’s only twenty minutes from the Bloomsbury area, meaning you have easy access to SOAS, UCL, Birkbeck and the Institute of Education. The accommodation is also only a ten-minute walk from King’s Cross Pancras Station.
Inside the building, you can find a cosy common room and study area equipped with tables and chairs, comfy sofas, a pool table, and complimentary hot drinks! If you are looking for a quick snack, you can make use of the onsite vending machines.

The location is quite good, 20 minutes walk to UCL, and the sound insulation is the best point of this apartment! However, the smell of the bathroom sewer is quite unpleasant, hope it can be solved.
I’ve stayed in this accommodation for three years and the receptionists are nice and enthusiastic about their work, and they really help me with my heater!
The overall experience is great!

The social space is essentially just a study space, there have been very few events organised and I know no one in the building. The maintenance and property management is sub-par, I had unresolved maintenance issues for months that had a significant impact on my quality of living. The rooms also reek of damp and nothing is done about this. Overall it is not good value for money.

A quiet, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Although there could be more social facilities like an air hockey table in the common room, I enjoy the overall peaceful atmosphere in this accommodation. Staffs are very friendly. Abdul and Max are particularly helpful especially when I left my key card in my room for uncountable times. The maintenance service in the accommodation is absolutely fantastic too!!

The location is so so so near the school, and the people who work at the reception are so nice. They offer some free breakfast and sometimes we will hold some activities. Max is a nice guy!!!!

Very close to markets (3-5mins walk), and it will only take 20 mins walk to UCL. About 750m from underground. And the surrounding here is pretty good.
