I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team that made my stay so pleasant. Duki at reception was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always quick to help me with any issues I had. Elliot and Ventsov from maintenance were both excellent, working efficiently to fix any issues and keep everything running smoothly. When my fridge started leaking and had an unpleasant smell, Tanja from housekeeping was very efficient in resolving the problem right away. The rest of the staff were also wonderful, always friendly and helpful. This team truly went the extra mile with their professionalism and kindness. I’m really grateful for the excellent service!

Fast sorted whenever a problem is reported, friendly staff and amazing location, overall I enjoy living there a lot, just the price is a bit high
It is good and welcoming. There were some issues with the kitchen but that was manageable. The staff responds quite well and quickly when there are maintenance issues. The social and study spaces are wonderful.

Good student accommodation conveniently located. Communication could have been better but the staff was great.
I loved my time here. It is close to everything and the staff were really helpful and nice. I would diffidently recommend living here.
Where do I start? This was the worse experience ever. The management is terrible. 1. No hot water in the mornings 2. Kitchen is disgusting. It has been a year and NO ONE cleans it. I have reported this several times. 3. Construction works are also taking place and no one made us know regarding the noise. the noise does not stop during the whole day 4. There are constant water issues in the kitchen, making all the dirty water from other flats go out. No one did anything for a whole weekend 5. Maintenance works are taking place in the final stage of the dissertations. There is no access to common areas, it is full of workers. 6. A worker entered my room without my permission. This is completely unacceptable I really regret living here and you are making my final stay in London one of the worse experiences.
Good experience better than expected
A brilliant student accommodation! The team at the reception are so welcoming and helpful, especially Fee who’s always kind and ready to help, whatever the problem! I would highly recommend, as it’s very easy to get to UCL, comfortable, safe and a great place to live.
My building was undergoing maintenance— structural scaffolding— and happened to be right outside of my window. I had an important online meeting to attend regarding my dissertation, and was concerned about the noise. I went down to reception to ask what I could do. Dushanka was so understanding, and went out of her way to find me a quiet place to take my meeting in! I felt very supported by her kindness and quick problem-solving.
My flatmates are all very nice, we had great time.
Once the water problem was fixed this accommodation has overall been great. I will say that the rooms are incredibly small for the price. There’s also been a ton of road / construction work late into the night (10PM-4AM), and before we solved the hot water problem, our accommodation would lack it about one night every 2 weeks (unacceptable for how much we’re paying). I’d say the price should probably be around £220 per week for the en-suites, but I know you guys are increasing the price to £330ish per week. Ridiculous price but when your audience is captive I guess you can. Again, it’s nice don’t get me wrong, but definitely not THAT nice. I’d expect around twice the square footage for the price you’re increasing to next year. Management is the best part about this place.
Love how close it is to the tube and the social spaces are cool!
A great place to live and call home. The staff are friendly and attentive to any issues that arise. The building is well located, clean, and has a nice atmosphere.

The location of Stapleton is very well, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around it. Ali is a good maintenance man in this accommodation. He always comes and fix the problem quickly.

Modern accommodation directly next to the Emirates Stadium and Holloway Road tube station. The reception staff is very friendly and super helpful. I had a problem with my shower (could not stop the water) on Easter Sunday morning and the receptionist (Dushanka :)) helped me within minutes and even managed to fix the shower within one hour. Amazing work - very friendly and skilled!

Stapleton is right across the road from Holloway train station which makes travel a lot easier. Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose are nearby as well, if i need to buy groceries, i don’t have to go very far. For Arsenal fans, Emirates stadium is a 3 minute walk away. I have been very happy with my choice

cleaning staffs not responsible enough, kitchen places not large enough for sharing., like two fridges not enough for near ten people, maintenance too often; internet most time fine, but lost for four days; some receptionist not very friendly, most of them are fine. in general, good price for an ensuite room at relatively centre location

It's a lovely place to live. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. They are always ready to help you. Neighborhood is good, there is a lot of groceries and restaurants nearby. There is a tube station right in the corner. If you are a fan of Arsenal, the stadium is around 5 minutes walking. Hampstead Heath Park is around 20 minutes walking.

I lived in Stapleton House for one year from 2020 to 2021, and I am currently in my second year of living here. The flat is spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I need. I appreciate the communal areas, which are always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. But what I feel most satisfied and grateful for is their understanding and support for international students. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to Phedon and Dushanka, who went out of their way to help me settle in when I first arrived this academic year, including collecting daily packages for me. They always greet me with warmth and friendliness, and I appreciate the short pleasant chats we have from time to time. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for their exceptional service. Overall, I highly recommend Stapleton House as a place to stay. Whether you are an international student or a local resident, you will not be disappointed.

Stapleton House is a student accommodation located in the heart of Central London. During my stay, I was pleased to find that the receptionist and maintenance staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that residents felt comfortable and satisfied with their living arrangements. Specifically, I must give credit to Phedon, as he managed the board game collection after an instance of a missing board game. He is also taking advice from us when he put up a list of board game collections. One of the highlights of my experience at Stapleton House was the small collection of board games available for residents to use. This was a great way to unwind and socialize with other residents in the common areas. It was a pleasant surprise to find these games available and it definitely added to the overall atmosphere of the accommodation. However, the acoustic insulation in the building was quite poor, and noise from adjacent rooms and hallway

Stapleton house is an excellent accommodation, that has made my life in London much easier. The staff is super friendly and kind. I would really like to mention about Phe who has been very helpful in bringing in board games , been very kind in installing a new PS4 and has made tremendous changes in the common room to make the place more lively and his smile always enlightens the environment. Next I will like to talk about Jo who has been super kind and helpful in providing any possible assistance and lastly Ripon who has been very kind in providing assistance whenever I am working late night.

The receptions of Stapleton house is always ready to help. I was stuck inside the bathroom because the door lock happened to be broken that day. And I yelled for help and luckily my roommate heard me and called help from reception. Phedon, the manager of the reception of Stapleton House saved me. He went up and down stairs to find different tools and called the repairman up to find out an effective way to open the door. I didn't think I could come out within a such short time if there is no Phedon’s help before I got panic.
