I’ve been living in aspen for 2 months now and have loved it so far! My room was clean on arrival and the shared spaces within the apartment are spacious. The amenities in the building such as the gym and laundry room are of a really high standard and are available 24/7. The staff are all super friendly and keen to improve all residents’ experiences living in aspen. I feel having more hoovers readily available to avoid bringing them outside and in the lifts would be a good improvement. The small events for example the occasional free breakfast at reception are a nice touch and make the living experience even more enjoyable. The location is quite good as well as despite being beside a busy road, there is a Lidl in the building opposite, as well as a local cafe offering discounts to residents. Aspen is also well linked with the 4, 155, 13 and n6 all passing, making it quick and easy to commute to town and college.

Aspen is located just a twenty-minute walk from Dublin City University, a thirty-one-minute cycle from Trinity College Dublin, and a thirty-one-minute drive from Technological University Dublin. The accommodation is a stone’s throw away from shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities.

I have only been here for about a month now but Aspen is really lovely. It is in walking distance from my university and there is a bus stop across the road so I never have any problems making it to class. There are also tons of places around to do groceries, pharmacies and even a little cafe downstairs. The amenities inside the building for eg. the pool and air hockey tables or even the cinema room are nice for when you get bored and the gym has some great equipment to get the job done. The staff is also so friendly.

Very nice place to stay. Good value for money
Aspen is a great place to live. There are great study rooms, cinema and gym. There are many events where you can meet future friends and exchange experiences about life in Ireland.

Excellent geographical environment, shopping and transportation are very convenient! The apartment facilities are very good, the rooms are very modern, and there is a well-equipped gym. I highly recommend this place!

Starting off on a positive note, this accommodation is excellent for those who value privacy, they also offer plenty of options. Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, the beds are spacious, and the noise and temperature insulation are top-notch. The kitchen space is adequate and well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. On the downside, having a window restrictor in all rooms may be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the location might be a bit far for TCD students, although it's perfect for DCU students like myself. Overall, I highly recommend it for both long and short stays, as it's more hassle-free than most other student accommodation services in Dublin. Message ChatGPT… ChatGPT can make mistakes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The security measures are very good. There's a bus stop, a cafe, and a Lidl within a minute walk from the reception.

I really love staying in Aspen, I feel really safe here. However, there is only 5 car parking spaces when there are well over 5 students that drive. I never get a car park spot when I am here and have to park in dodgy areas.

This is my third year staying at aspen. Its close proximity to DCU, modern interior & amenities, security and friendly staff made it easy to come back every year. Would highly recommend to current and future students looking for accommodation in Dublin. A special shoutout to Derek (the maintenance guy) for his dedication to the cause.

Real good overall! The common areas and amenities at the highlight of the building. The WiFi (in my room) is not really the best a lot of times, it comes and goes and the gym is lacking in a lot of ways but it’s not a problem, it’s more of an annoyance. I’m happy that I found this place though, it’s pretty comfortable

I absolutely loved my stay at Aspen Student Accommodation Dublin! From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was cozy, and the communal areas were perfect for studying and socializing. The location was ideal, close to campus and great food spots. I can't recommend it enough!

To summarise? the craic is mighty. All the team are sound out and everyday is exciting with different events planned and random goodies etc every week.
In city the size of Dublin, Aspen really buffers the lifestyle shock that comes with moving to a big European City. The space is efficient, warm, comfortable and hosts a multitude of activities and amenities. The location is ideal and gives you access to a next door cafe, a supermarket which is 1 minute away and a bus stop which is less than a minutes walk! Great value for money and the staff are wonderful!

I came into Aspen in Ballymun through a friend and enjoyed a party where they had pizza and drinks on the night. I have been in Aspen a few times since then and Marguerite has been very welcoming with all the staff being so helpful. I couldn't recommend Aspen enough as a place to stay when studying.
I recently stayed at this student accommodation, and I am thoroughly impressed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable living space. The security and management team ensured my safety and promptly addressed any concerns. The accommodation's central location near campus and amenities made my student life convenient. What stood out the most was the sense of community . From organized events to study rooms, there were ample opportunities to socialize and make friends. This accommodation offers an exceptional living experience for students. Its top-notch facilities, security, convenient location, and vibrant community make it an ideal choice. I highly recommend it to any students.

A little expensive. a direct bus line to DCU Room key designs don't make a lot of sense. Except that other facilities are good, especially the bathroom is grand.
Living in Aspen was a wonderful experience for me. The accomodation has tons of great amenities including a gym, cinema room, large common area and more. The staff at Aspen is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this accomodation for anyone studying in Dublin, and looking for a place to call home.

The staff is helpful and friendly, always available to address my queries. The building is massive and very modern. The well furnished rooms are cozy and I had my own bathroom. The facilities are great and well equipped: gym, study room, laundry and cinema room. My experience was above my expectations. :)

Staying at aspen was amazing. The facilities are great (gym , study room, vending machines, games room etc. which is great for students.The staff are lovely and so welcoming from the get go ; always trying to help the best the can. The atmosphere is great with people from all backgrounds which was great. Overall staying here was a great decision and ill definitely be booking again.
Good facilities but will wring your wallet dry. Bombard you with payment emails and charge 5 times more to replace a lost/stolen keycard than anywhere else. They do not supply simple appliances such as toasters and kettles or cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners, a brush, or a mop. I would not recommend aspen to a friend as there is simply better value for money out there. Aspen should only be a last resort and if you don’t mind overpaying.
Best student apartment in Dublin among any other I lived or visited. Fairly new facilities, quite rich activities and excellent service&management. Feel so lucky spending my master year here.

Great facilities, lots of transport right outside the door, supermarkets, chemists and takeaways only metres away… couldn’t recommend it enough!!! All staff are so kind and friendly and ensure each student is looked after!
