The P&V Biography
The P&V (formerly known as Blackhall Place) can be found in the centre of Dublin surrounded by exciting shops, bars and restaurants. Getting to class and nearby areas will be a breeze as there are numerous transport links to make use of.
If you are in a social mood, you can attend one of the regular social events or simply hang out in the lounge or outdoor social space. The property is equipped with handy facilities and amenities, including a study area, Wi-Fi, cycle store and laundry facilities. To ensure you and your belongings are kept safe and secure, there is CCTV, a residence team on-site 24/7, security team and contents insurance. There are no hidden costs, as all utility bills are included in the rental price.
The P&V offers students a selection of non-ensuite, ensuite and studio rooms, all priced and sized to suit various needs and budgets. Each room coms with plenty of storage space, a comfortable small double bed and work space.

The place is always clean, they always throw parties to help with socializing. There is a laundromat and gym in the building.
Everything is really clean and tidy. The social space is fantastic, and all is very safe and secure - especially for an undergrad student living away from home for the first time

Lovely daytime staff, very helpful and keep you up to date and involved with everything going on in the accommodation. Only disadvantage to staff is after 12 at night there’s so security until 9 o clock the next morning which isn’t good for students coming back from nights out, getting locked out of rooms etc. The prices are okay but could be better considering there are cheaper places a few minutes of a walk away. Overall enjoying my experience and loving it here

I had a great time living in Blackhall Place and met very good friends. The property is in great location close to the bus stop. The only negative thing is that the apartment wasn't clean at all when we first arrived (kitchen, bathroom and toilet very dirty, hairs in my bedroom and on the mattress, leftovers in the fridge...) so we had to clean everything.
This is an amazing place, located very close to the city center. Moving to Dublin from my home country, coming to this accommodation has been one of the best and safest decision I have made. The management team is very helpful. Caroline, the site manager, is absolutely lovely, and has addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. I enjoyed my stay here!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Blackhall place!
I have stayed at Blackhall Place for 2 years and I would highly recommend it for three main reasons: location, staff and standard of the apartments. Stoneybatter is a 25 min walk from Trinity or a 10-15 min bus (take the 37 or 39a). The 39a can be taken from just outside Trinity to the doorstep. TUD is a 8-10 minute walk and you can avail of the green line from there. There is a gym across from the complex and a 24/7 Centra which is very handy. There is also a Lidl around the corner. The Square where there is an art cinema is 4 mins on foot and the red line is close by. Unlike most accomodations in Dublin, there are 3 people per apartment as opposed to the regular 6 to an apartment. The kitchen/living room is spacious and comfy. The staff carry out maintenance every few weeks. The front desk woman Caroline is very helpful and easy to talk to should you have queries. Events are regularly held in the common room and there is a tightly knit supportive community here.
My experience at Blackhall Place was wonderful. I loved the accomodation, the staff (shout-out to amazing Caroline!), the students there, and my overall stay. Location is spot on as Stoneybatter is the perfect neighbourhood for pubs and bars, but the city center is also comfortably reachable by foot. I will definitely recommend Blackhall Place to everyone!
I have stayed here for 4 months and I have really enjoyed my stay. All residents are lovely, the facilities are very modern and properly equipped With bins and laundry machines. Caroline, the lovely lady in the office on site, was an amazing help during my stay and such a sunshine! She always organised parties and events for students on site to bring us together and let us feel connected. I am so glad to have stayed with Blackhall Place. I couldn’t have imagined a better residence, a better location and a lovelier staff. Thank you so much!

I lived in Blackhall place for about two years and it quickly became my second home. The apartments themselves are luxurious and comfortable whilst also being modern and student-friendly. The community that developed in Blackhall place was amazing and a great way to meet new people. I love Stoneybatter and Smithfield as locations, there are so many quaint and interesting spots to explore Everything essential is in walking distance. Of note, Caroline is beyond accommodating and always went the extra mile to check in on you and make sure everything was in order. I couldn't recommend living in Blackhall Place enough.

This is the best student accommodation in Dublin! Caroline is very friendly and helpful, she is always very happy to help you with any issues you may have! The place is very close to the city centre, less than 15 mins to O'Connell street. The apartments have a lot of great facilities, they are very spacious. I stayed in a very cozy, modern and cool room and my roommates were very friendly and am great pals with them now.. I would highly recommend this student accommodation to every college student!

From Here Blackhall Place is an ideal location for a student in Dublin. In addition to the great facilities and location, Caroline is a great building manager and is onsite to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this location!

It is a residence which is well located (not far from the city centre) and which is well served (bus and luas nearby). The staff is very pleasant (special mention to Caroline, who is pleasant and helpful at all times).

I have been living here for 5 months already and I can only say good things about Blackhall. Not only the location is awesome, but also all the supermarkets it has around. If you need something at 4 am you know that centra is open. Also my personal experience couldn’t be better since I feel like I’m with my family. Made a lot of good friends which I am pretty sure I’ll have for the rest of my life. I already booked my room for next year since I don’t want to miss out this opportunity again. P.S Caroline is like my second mom at this point hahaha. She’s lovely :)

The location is perfect for anyone attending TU Dublin, Grangegorman as it less than a 15 minute walk door to door. Really good public transport options available and a central location for the city. Caroline is amazing at looking out for every student. Rent is expensive but fairly average now for the city unfortunately. All amenities included in the price of rent.

Blackhall Place is a great place to live- feels so safe and lovely modern accommodation. The location is ideal being so close to the city centre. Staff are so friendly and helpful, overall creating a nice relaxed atmosphere for students to study and socialise.

Blackhall Place is in a good central location, walking distance from the city centre with plenty of shops and public transport links nearby. The rooms are nice and staff are lovely. Factoring in how ridiculous rent prices are everywhere in Dublin it is reasonably good value for money.
