A perfect location in the city for all your needs as a student right next to the new UU campus. Staff are super friendly, approachable and will try accomodate any issues/questions. Highly recommend!
The accommodation and everything included in the price is very good value for money. My room had everything I needed, was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the windows do not open. Not quite sure what the idea of that this but really prefer windows to open. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful and the RAs are doing a difficult job trying to coax people to participate in the weekly social events which are really very good and varied. Very useful for people not familiar with Belfast and the local area but very few people turned up which is a pity. The area itself appears run down but is going through a process of regeneration so hopefully it will look better in a few years time. Like any city there will be dodgy people about so you just need to keep that in mind. I’m glad I stayed here for the past year and would recommend it to anyone looking a secure, comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Great space to stay, very close to the University and city centre. Staff are always polite and extremely helpful. Security at night is also reassuring. All round great experience, Loved my stay there.
I have really had a beautiful experience living in 123 York Street, my neighbour was so loving and caring. My stay here has been so memorable and so beautiful. The environment is so beautiful, tidied and peaceful. The receptionists are so welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely recommend a friend to come live here!!!
During my recent stay at this accommodation, I had an absolutely fantastic experience. As a student, I found this to be one of the best options available to me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I truly appreciated the fact that they were available to assist me around the clock, which made me feel very supported. One of the things I valued most about my stay was the sense of safety and security that I felt. It was clear that the staff took great care to maintain a safe environment, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time there. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and secure place to stay.

amazing and comfy place. near university.
The area is extremely unsafe - I have been assaulted once in the building, assaulted once in front of the building and had a man punch my wing mirror off while I was sitting in my car outside. Even when talking to the police they commented on the heightened crime around here. I would also like to note that I was assaulted (with police report) by two other tenants in the building who continue to live here, so 123 does not care about your safety either. The WiFi is advertised at 100mbps which is pretty mediocre in 2023 but it will only get near that when near a router, I had to invest in a range extender for my computer and even at that it still barely hits 80. The building hallways and social spaces are clean thanks to the cleaner who comes weekly and shouts down the phone outside your door, the bin room is not clean and has had a leaking roof since the day I moved in almost 2 years ago The rooms themselves are fine (but small) and the windows don't open
123 York street Rooms do not have any openable windows which can make the rooms almost insufferable at times. Also I find certain night security workers to be very very condescending and rude towards the students

Lovely staff at York Street Accommodation
York street has been the best accommodation to live in as a first year student, all the staff are very friendly. It’s great being so close to the university, everyone is so welcoming and are always there to offer support as well host lots of weekly events in our common rooms.

My stay at 123 York Street was (and still is) a pleasure since the day I moved in. The staff is always there to help me if I need anything, the room is very nice and cosy, and I met many new friends in the social spaces in the halls where there are events organised daily by the staff.
Exceptionally good accommodation. All the staff members are kind and always willing to help. The building hosts events daily which is great for socially and meeting new people. The communal spaces are a great addition with various facilities for residents to use.

123 is a great student accommodation. In the centre of the city and across the road from ulster university. The facilities are modern and clean which makes a really positive living experience. They also run daily activities for residents which are great for meeting new people. All staff are really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you (Laura Chloe & Donna are great!).
I am really enjoying my stay at 123 York street and would not change it for any of the other accommodations I’ve been in ! I really like the location right next to the uni, love the fun events organised every day which is my down time after a 9 hour shift and overall just love it

Great stay so far, comfortable and easily accessible to school and the city centre. Nice ambience and great daily activities. Only issue I have is with the windows not being able to open up but everything else works great.
I’ve been living in a en-suite since September & love it so far! The staff are so friendly & helpful, you feel safe with the building being 24/7. The communal spaces are a good way to meet new people, especially with events. Really recommend this accommodation

The corridor and lift was always dirty. They deliberately cut-off water early in the morning without telling us! which was disaster! They even didn't send us email to let us know...

Have lived here for over a year good place to start meeting people in uni and socialise. Friendly staff always there to help. Pool room is a great place to make friends but pool table could do with a bit of love
Really can’t fault anything about the accommodation, an access card for washing could be my only improvement, being that at the start of the year you could pay for an annual card
Great staff, close to university and clean and safe building
I took over someone's accommodation at 123 York Street just a few months ago and even with my sudden arrival the staff at York Street were incredibly communicative, accommodating and kind with sorting out paper work and my arrival. I currently live at a studio apartment and its been amazing so far, pretty quiet and everyone has been respectful of each other. There are also weekly events and while I haven't been able to go to one yet there is something for everyone. The staff are incredible here and I can say with confidence it is a great place to live.
So glad I came to 123 York Street! The staff are amazing and always there to help, it’s also the only place in Belfast I know of that does 2 bedroom apartments, so couples can stay together! They organise fun weekly events too! Would highly recommend!!

The place is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially now with the pandemic when we need help. Rooms are nice and you can adjust the temperature of your own room.
I’ve been living at 123 Yorkstreet for first semester and so far I’ve been absolutely loving it. My room gives me a sense of independence and it is so nice and clean and very modern. The facilities here are very good and easy to use. The staff are so helpful and friendly and are always there if you have any problems or just need a chat. I’ve enjoyed my time at 123 Yorkstreet so far and can’t wait to continue living here next semester.
123 York street is a great place to stay, from my first day here the staff have been very welcoming and helpful. The building also has lots of extras such as a movie/games room, pool room, cafe and a study room. Another extra is the events ran by the RA's which are done every week. The rooms are quite spacious and have en suites, and the kitchens have smart tvs in them. There is a lot of storage and the living areas are quite big. but the main quality of this accommodation is the amazing staff in the building and the security at night makes you feel very safe, if your like me and have never lived in a city before. All in all 123 York Street is a great place to stay and i look forward to the rest of my year here
Living in 123 York street is a very pleasant experience. The WiFi connection is good and fast, the staff are very friendly with issues and maintenance being resolved promptly, good sized rooms and beautiful social areas and facilities. It is also very close to shopping centres and ulster university so it is the perfect accomodation to stay in as it is close to everything you need.
I have been living in 123 York Street for over a month and I have really enjoyed my time here so far. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. There’s a pool room, television room and laundry facilities and a communal kitchen where we get toasties every week. There’s loads of events like pool tournaments, bingo and arts and crafts and through this I’ve been able to make some really good friends. My room is perfect with a massive window that has a few of the Cavehill and I have my own individual bathroom. The building is very close to the university which is so handy and is located in a spot close to all my favourite shops.

Great value for money, lovely staff who are very helpful, the location is great as it is near many shops (tesco, castlecourt, etc) and right beside Ulster University where there is also a unilink bus which goes between Queens, Ulster Belfast and Ulster Jordanstown.
A really nice modern accommodation with super friendly staff. The social spaces are great with a pool room and cinema room to allow you to relax with friends and meet other residents. All the areas are kept clean and staff are always eager to help and want everyone to have a good time. Best accommodation I've stayed in, definitely going to book again!

it looks modern and classy at the first time and it is! the room is very spacious and fully furnished, you get everything you need, youll also have a great view right from the room. The kitchens are also furnished with modern, easy and safe cooker as well as combi oven-microwave. There is also big screen tv in each shared kitchen. There are also several communal areas like cinema room with ranging games and cozy bean bags, pool room, communal kitchen where they usually held events and provide free foods ><, lovely and caring staffs that willing to help whenever needed, well-maintained security for the whole building. Location wise, it is very convenient to go almost everywhere since it is near to york street train station as well as bus station right in front of the building, very near to cityside shopping centre where you can get daily needs.

As I lived in 123 York Street we were right in the middle of the pandemic lockdown. The staff were amazing in ensuring the safety of all residents. Amazing people and the rooms were so lovely to have as a first year student trying to become independent.

123 York Street is one of the best places by far ! One of the cheapest in Belfast and the view from your window is just stunning 😍. Unlike others you have special plans and events that happen on the daily with fun things planned each week ! Your room is also very stylish, modern with comfy almost double sized beds ! Your kitchen is very big with the most high standard electronics. You also have personal air conditioning in your own room and in the kitchen , with your own controller so you don’t have to worry about heating as you can make it any temperature you like! You also have a cleaner that comes round to help maintain good cleaning around the building :) ,All this for one of the cheapest and the best staff with amazing care can’t get any better :)
Absolutely loved my stay at 123 York street! One of the best accommodations I’ve been in and the staff are immaculate. Everyone was so lovely and would help you with anything, creating an atmosphere that gave me my home away from home.
