Firstly, this property is in a fantastic location within minutes of the centre of town and other small shops nearby. There is a bus stop outside that has services to the university very frequently, and overall the location of the building is the best available. I have not personally used the social elements of this building but from friends and other residents they are great to use and easy to organise. The site manager Kath is incredible and has found the perfect balance between a friendly social presence and a successful manager who ALWAYS makes sure the building is clean and working smoothly. My overall experience living here has been lovely, the amenities are convenient and clean and the staff are top notch. I would wholeheartedly recommend Boutique to anyone who wants there own space in the centre of swansea!

Amazing place, truly a gem in the heart of Swansea.
Kate is a great property manager. I was very happy during my time here and Late was always prompt to respond to issues.

Great Place to stay, close to town, clean and friendly environment, Kathy the on site representative is great and does an excellent job running the place.
An amazing place and amazing staff, right in the middle of town.
It is good accomodation with all the amenities
Live in a private accommodation in town. Hard to complain if anything is broken
Brilliant posh accommodation. Met some friends for life there
