Poor value for money compared to private alternatives with increased prices for next year. Still haven't been gotten back to about an ongoing issue that I had a phone call for a couple of months ago. WiFi restrictions for some applications that work on Ethernet.

I wish there was better seating like a couch in the kitchen! The kitchen is very basic
Too expensive, haven't removed mould from shower room, it's been three months, I've spoken to them about it five times.
Worst wifi ever!! Rooms are quite old for that price, very handy location
Absolute rip off, not enough storage space and small social area, tiny table in kitchen
Close to uni (2 minutes away meant I couldn't literally roll out of bed for 9ams), clean and friendly but due to no social areas and each block onky containing a few flats it lacked sense of community.
Would be better if there was social space like a living room or common room to interact with more people snd it's rather expensive for what it is
Not worth the money you are paying, the only benefit of living here is that's its close to uni
It's a very good hall, however our block is the nicest one so others may disagree! However, the RA's need to chill their beans.
Halls in general here are all very expensive! And yet we still have to pay a lot for washing!
Close to the uni and the clubs easy for a last minute run to Lectures
No communal living area which makes it less easy to socialise because sitting on the kitchen chairs aren't that comfortable! Maintainable people and cleaners were so hard working and brilliant. Wifi was poor in my room as the router was down the hall. Charge a ridiculous amount per week for the halls though so definitely not worth the money.
Cheap and cheerful, basic but you have everything you need.
Lovely halls, the ra's work hard to make the block communal and everyone knows everyone it's lush. But it is a bit overpriced.
No social spaces, poor quality room/kitchen furniture and fittings, poor cleaning at inconvenient times, out dated key entry - use fobs etc. very expensive!
You get put with randomers whom you have nothing in common with and the RA was unapproachable.
Good location. However, very poor management and bad kitchen facilities.
Great halls and great location, nice way to know people In the other flats.
I was moved from a flat in robbins to pilgrim and put in a flat with people who were not in the a a me sort of social group as me, e.g an older generation so they all have different likes to me, don't get me wrong they are all super nice people and I've really liked living with them but cared to my friends flats it just feels much different. Also comparing that Francis drake pay £1 a week more than I do and there facilities are much better than mine, yes they have 2 more people per flat but it's a big difference. Some RAs come round at 11 and kick everyone out which is not what we were told at the start of the year!! They don't ask us to turn the music down they just walk in and don't leave the flat till every single person in the flat has gone which yes we shouldn't make the noise but it's the fact that they don't ask us to be more quite or anything they just say everyone get out.
