I felt welcome the moment I arrived in the apartment because my room was cleaned well with a nice package of gifts and the customer service advisor Sam was so friendly. She introduced the facilities to me and whenever I have a problem she is always there to help me. The facilities here are all nice with high-speed internet and many common places for students to socialize. Various events such as the Welcome Party will take place to let us know more about our roommates. Finally, it’s near the city center so it’s close to key facilities. Maybe the only problem is that the refrigerator and bathroom are a little bit small for me. But that’s not a big deal compared with all the other advantages mentioned above.

Sam (Customer Service Advisor) is incredible. Such a friendly person and genuinely the most positive person me and my girlfriend talk to daily. Always smiling and with a positive energy! However, I must add that the internet, while the speed is very good for an accomodation, the connection is very poor e special when it comes to gaming! There is constant packet loss which makes playing anything impossible. Very disappointing especially when advertised that the internet is very good....

This student accommodation has loads of issues that need sorting. The door on the ground floor hasn’t been fixed for years, and the sensor’s always been dodgy. The reception is hardly ever staffed, so there are definitely some management problems. If there’s an emergency, you’ve just got to ring them. Loads of stuff needed repairs when I first moved in. The neighbours aren’t the friendliest, and it’s hard to get a decent night’s sleep because it’s so noisy—whether it’s the street or the people next door. There’s often someone off their head on something right outside, causing a scene, and I’ve even had some weird cards shoved through my door. And those are just the minor issues; there’s loads more I won’t even start on.

Location might be the only thing that you could book talbot point otherwise its below than average for what you pay. If you start comparing with the other accommodations and the services they provide for the same or most probably less you will be shocked. Starting basic amenities: you do not get any toaster or kettle or even oven trays. They do not have a vacuum cleaner which you can take from reception for cleaning. So now you have to get your own broom. There won’t be a 24/7 assistance on reception because apparently they have “too many properties to manage”. Only 2 dryer and 2 washing machine, so just keep waiting for your turn. The fire alarm is extremely sensitive so expect yourself to be awake at 3am without any reason. There are no social events at all. Or even if they are people don’t show up. They do not have a shorter lease. So if you didn’t like the accommodation you are still stuck for a year

The location is very good，only a 10-minute bus ride to get to Jubilee Campus of the university of Nottingham. The layout of the room is good with a lot of space to store my belongings.

Petty good, the room is big and warm. The public area provides us with gym, laundry, game room and so on. The location is also convenient for us to go everywhere.

I had a great experience living in this student accommodation. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality of the accommodation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always dealing with any issues or problems in a very efficient and quick manner. The building itself was always clean, well maintained and well managed. The location was also very convenient for me as it was quite near to my university. This made getting to and from classes very easy, even on days when I had early morning lectures. What I appreciated most about this accommodation was that there weren't too many residents living there. This made it a very quiet and peaceful place to live, which was great for studying and relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend this student accommodation to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable and peaceful place to live while studying.

I really like Talbot Point, It only takes me 8 mins to campus and there is a gym and a study room which is very helpful. The staff here are very friendly and I feel good about my choice of Talbot Point.
