I am a current physics student, to be honest, this apartment is really very convenient for physics students to live, very very close, and most importantly, the reception is super nice, any problems will be very enthusiastic and timely to help you solve, in my first time when I came to a lot of things don't quite understand, and the language is not very fluent, but the reception is very enthusiastic, so I instantly put down my heart to live here, where there is their own little space, you can enjoy the time alone!

I'm a rebooker at Woodhouse Flats, and let me tell you, it's the real deal. The location is spot-on, with everything you need just steps away. Also means you get a little bit longer in bed because you have the university of leeds on your doorstep!! But the star of the show is Tracey – she's is so helpful and kind, and always feel safe to speak to her as I live away from home. The rooms are cozy and have all the essentials. As a repeat guest, I can't get enough of this place. If you're looking for a sweet spot to stay, Woodhouse Flats and Tracey are the way to go. Crying that this is my last year at university otherwise I’d live here again next year!

Positives: Tracy (the site manager) is amazing, deals with all issues promptly and really approachable. The washer/dryer is a brilliant feature and the accommodation is practically on the doorstep of the University of Leeds, as well as a short walk to Beckett. No silverfish, damp etc. Negatives: No social spaces which is a con when the rooms are so small - once it is past 5pm or on a weekend, really difficult to get any issues / fire alarms resolved with nobody wanting to take responsibility, despite their contact number being the one that we are told to call. Rooms were dusty and not as clean as one would expect when first arrived. In simple terms, not amazing, not awful!

The flats are in a really convenient place only being a short walk from campus particularly for Uni of, and not too far to walk from the city centre with a bus stop really close too. Tracey is always around to run the flats. She is always really friendly chatty and helpful getting stuff sorted. The maintenance are also very friendly and quick to sort problems. The rooms themselves are a good size as is the kitchen , but there aren’t any communal areas aside from the kitchens and there isn’t a sofa in there but there is a TV. There is also a washing machine included which is really really useful.

I personally love this accommodation as the location is perfect since its both quiet and not far at all from the city centre. Also Tracy is such great help with any issues big or small!

I am currently staying in Woodhouse flats and LOVE it. It’s so close to uni, which is so good during the cold&dark winter months and it’s super close to many shops and the city centre. The lady who works at reception, Tracey, she is always positive and helpful and responds to any issues promptly. She really has been a sense of home whilst living so far away from it.

Staff here is lovely! Received great help especially when I have an issue. It’s great if you have clean flatmates but a bit of a problem if you get the ones that don’t cleanup after themselves. Other than that, I’m glad that there’s sufficient amenities & can cook & do my laundry without a hassle! The distance from here to Leeds University is also a short walk away so I definitely feel is one of the biggest plus points! I never had issues with my parcels and since reception is near it’s also very convenient! There’s decent space in the room and the toilet attached too, glad that the paint looks fresh and doesn’t look old and run down! Price is very decent as well for a student!

Apartment is new, location is quite close to the university of Leeds especially engineering schools and business school. Management and reception is good. But there is no space for sporting or gym.
