The rent is on a little expensive side, maybe too expensive for students but if it falls in your budget its an excellent place to spend your uni days. Very lively and lots of good social spaces. The staff is super friendly and issues get resolved super quick.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Its good value for money, however, do your own research as well

It is excelled with every way and I am very satisfied with the service at this accommodation. Thank you.
It was an amazing experience which I found to be thrilling and adventurous meeting new people and connecting with friends for life.
On arrival, every surface of my bathroom was covered in mould, and the kitchens stunk so bad it was choking and hadn't been cleaned properly. Price of car parking had doubled from what was advertised in the building tour only a few weeks prior, and then I had a million issues with this being faulty and causing lots of headaches. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests (which is frequently as everything breaks so often), Iq staff would enter my room when I wasn't present despite me requesting otherwise and they would totally ignore the time frames given!!! It is so loud, constant noise from people shouting outside until 4am then building work starts at 8 which echos so is guarenteed to wake you. High crime rate area, even heard gunshots going off! definitely not a safe area to walk home when the sun starts to go down.
I would not recommend this accommodation. While the main reception staff are always welcoming and kind, the issues I had never got solved. The security does not do anything when calling to make noise complaints (in fact, the security guard screamed at my partner when he reported people blasting music in our kitchen at 1 am, because they're just chilling and hanging out). The manager of the site told me the flies in the kitchen are my problem and there's no more the accommodation can do about it (despite the fact, that I have practically lived with flies in my kitchen and room for 75% of my tenancy). I have reported flies in my kitchen time and time again, and all the staff do, is tell me to communicate with my flatmates to clean the kitchen and take out the bins. But, there's also flies in the communal lifts? and flies in our bedrooms? I was heavily disappointed with this accommodation and if you bear to live here, I would definitely recommend getting a studio, so you don't have to dea
it was further than i had thought but it’s a really nice accommodation building . it’s very well spaced apart and has a lot of social areas for people . the mix of different people from different unis makes it much better
Really good accomodation, interactive with the students and plenty of social opportunities to take part in
The fire alarm goes off too often...
This is my first time moving out of the country and away from my family. IQ and its Ambassador programs and caring nature have made this place a home. I ve not had any trouble with anything over the last few months
The cheapest rooms are cramped and not very well ventilated. A high rent for not many ammenities. For example, there is only a vacuum but no iron (in flat or laundry room), no provided mop to clean kitchen with (you will have to purchase this yourself). However, the location is in walkable distance to all of the universities and hyde park. And the staff are there to help/advise you with room issues.
I had urgent maintenance issues, and Steve came promptly to help on a saturday morning!! The Maintenance team at IQ are really great!
Amazing location with a Londis right around the corner and pharmacy up to road. Really helpful people at the reception to answer any problems. Had to move from one room to another and they gave me 24 hours to do it ! :)
Good accommodation. Friendly staff and always there to help and keep us safe. Only downside is the location. But good for getting the steps in !!
Perfect facilities, very friendly staff, very good environment and high cost performance.
