I was the first to move into my flat among my friends, and although work still needed doing when I moved in, Unipol was quick and the building manager Judith was always willing to help with any matter. Furthermore, we were inundated with issues such as noise from the flat below, and anti-social behaviour in the surrounding area. However I appreciate that such factors are outside the letting agency's control, and what help was offered was prompt and helpful.
